The freshman guard became the first 9th grader to earn VHSL Class 4 Player of the Year honors, averaging 23.3 points, 7.3 assists, and 7.1 steals while leading Manor to a state title. Babb's explosiveness and tight handle allow her too break down defenders with ease, whether in transition or in half-court sets. She scores confidently at all three levels and pairs that with elite defensive instincts, constantly creating turnovers. With her pace, IQ, and fearless approach, Babb has already established herself as one of the most electrifying guards in the state.     Edsell continues to set the standard for consistency and production, earning First Team honors for the second straight year. A true double-double threat, she dominates the glass and immediately turns rebounds into transition opportunities. Edsell's ability to stretch the floor with quick-release three-point shooting adds another dimension to her game, making her difficult to guard. She consistently finds space, uses strong footwork to create separation, and capitalizes on second-chance points. Combined with her defensive activity and ability to generate steals, Edsell impacts every phase of the game.     Ragland brings a complete, all-around game that fills the stat sheet night after night. Averaging nearly a tripe-double across multiple categories, she impacts scoring, rebounding, playmaking, and defense at a high level. Ragland thrives as a facilitator, creating opportunities for teammates while also attacking gaps and finishing through contact. Defensively, she is disruptive with active hands, blocks shots, and forces turnovers that lead to transition offense. Her ability to control the game in both half-court and full-court situations makes her one of the most versatile players in Class 4.     Stanford serves as the backbone of Heritage's lineup, anchoring both ends of the floor with her physical presence and versatility. The Region Player of the Year consistently delivers as a double-double threat, highlighted by her 23-point, 10-rebounds performance in the state quarterfinals. Stanford combines strength and skill to finish through contact while also defending multiple positions effectively. Her ability to protect the paint, secure rebounds, and facilitate when needed makes her a true interior-exterior hybrid. As a senior leader, she sets the tone with consistency, toughness, and production.     Bournes is the engine behind Hanover's offense and one of the most complete guards in the state. She scores at all three levels, confidently knocking down perimeter shots while also attacking the rim with strength and control. Bournes plays bigger than her size on the glass, consistently creating second-chance opportunities though effort and positioning. She also facilitates within the offense, reading defenses and delivering timely passes to teammates. With her high IQ, versatility, and relentless motor, Bournes impacts every possession.     Stavitski is one of the most reliable perimeter shooters in Class 4, capable of changing the game with her shot-making. She excels at finding space, whether in the corner or off movement, and wastes no time getting her shot off with a quick, confident release. Stavitski's footwork stands out, using jab steps and step-backs to create separation and keep defenders off balance. Once she finds rhythm, she can knock down multiple threes in a short stretch. Beyond scoring, she contributes across the board, making her a well-rounded offensive threat.     Brown brings balance, control, and versatility to Manor's backcourt. As a dynamic scorer and playmaker, she consistently pushes the pace while maintaining strong decision-making and court vision. Brown can attack the rim, pull up from the perimeter, and facilitate with precision, making her a three-level threat. Her ability to read defenses and deliver timely passes keeps Manor's offense flowing. Rider's impact goes far beyond scoring, as she contributes in nearly every facet of thee game. She is a versatile player who can handle the ball, push in transition, and attack from the nail in half-court sets. Pendleton-Morant has established herself as one of Hampton's most dangerous offensive weapons. She thrives in transition, pushing the pace and finishing at the rim with confidence. In the half-court, her pull-up jumper and ability to shoot off the dribble make her difficult to contain. She scores effectively at all three levels and can finish through contact against multiple defenders. Her scoring ability and playmaking instincts make her a focal point of Hampton's offense.     Bundick serves as Woodgrove's primary offensive creator, capable of taking over games with her scoring ability. She showcases a deep offensive bag, finishing through contact and using creative moves to attack the rim. Her performance in high-pressure moments highlights her importance to the team, especially when generating offense late in games. Defensively, she brings intensity with active hands and strong anticipation. Bundick's toughness and ability to control tempo make her a key playmaker.     Pierce provides production and balance to Charlottesville's lineup. She contributes across multiple areas, impacting both scoring and defensive efforts. She remains a reliable presence in competitive matchups.     Rawlings has quickly developed into a dominant interior presence, consistently producing double-doubles. She uses strong footwork and positioning to establish herself in the paint and finish efficiently around the rim. Rawlings plays aggressively on both ends, blocking shots and altering attempts defensively. Offensively, she embraces contact and draws fouls while maintaining a high shooting percentage. With her length and athleticism, she creates mismatches and impacts both ends of the floor. White attacks with confidence, understanding angles and timing while consistently putting pressure on defenses. Defensively, she is disruptive and instinctive, often forcing turnovers with her activity. Her rapid development and production signal a high ceiling moving forward.     Crawley provides consistent perimeter scoring and energy for Salem. She is a confident shooter who can knock down threes off the catch or dribble, using screens and movement to create space. Crawley's ability to create her own shot with pull-ups and separation moves makes her a tough matchup. When she finds rhythm, her scoring quickly shifts momentum. Combined with her all-around contributions, she remains a key offensive weapon.     Custer anchors Salem's frontcourt with strength, positioning, and efficiency in the paint. She excels at establishing post position, finishing through contact, and converting second-chance opportunities. Custer runs the floor well in transition, consistently finding open lanes for easy finishes. Her awareness and ability to create extra possessions on the glass provide a major advantage.
