The holiday season means it's time for the annual Winter rankings update. As it pertains to the Class of 2025, we have expanded the overall rankings and watch list from 235 total prospects to 275 total prospects, so there will likely be a number of new names on each position list. Below is a look at the Point Guards in 2025, with some analysis on a few who have stood out for one reason or another since our last update.

[player_tooltip player_id='906592' first='Kayla' last='Brinley'], 2025, 5-6 PG, Hamilton Southeastern H.S.
- Kayla put together a really solid Spring & Summer grassroots season, but she has kind of flown a little under the radar in terms of her recruiting. She is starting for the Royals' top-ranked team, and she is highly consistent. She takes care of the ball, handles pressure well, plus she can bury open jumpers when left alone.

[player_tooltip player_id='767081' first='Aubrey' last='Frank'], 2025, 5-8 PG, Washington H.S. (committed to Franklin College)
- I've been really impressed with Aubrey's growth over the past year and a half. She has turned into an effective traditional point guard, and she plays with nice pace and a good understanding of situations. Additionally, at 5-8, she brings some height and a lot of length to the position, and it allows her to defend multiple positions.

[player_tooltip player_id='296265' first='Sara' last='Rosko'], 2025, 5-4 PG, Roncalli H.S.
- Sara didn't play grassroots basketball this past year, but she has been a steady presence in the Roncalli lineup for a couple of seasons now. She does a nice job of taking care of the ball, she gets it where it needs to go, and she is a good passer. She can also score the ball a little from each of the three levels.

[player_tooltip player_id='295813' first='Carlie' last='Still'], 2025, 5-5 PG, Heritage Hills H.S.
- Carlie has been a Varsity contributor since she arrived at Heritage Hills as a Freshman. She is quick & shifty, she changes speeds well, and she has nice balance to her game. She is more of a scoring PG, she can make shots consistently from the perimeter, plus she is a willing & capable passer. She could be a small college "sleeper".

[player_tooltip player_id='368870' first='Amyannah' last='Tucker'], 2025, 5-6 PG, Richmond H.S.
- Amyannah came to Richmond from Ohio last year, and she made an immediate impact. She is a strong, compact, physical point guard prospect who does a nice job of getting downhill North/South and attacking the basket. She can get to the rim to score, but she also draws the defense and finds open teammates consistently.
