She's improved her efficiency across the board from last season, bumping her FG% up to 44.9% (+8.5%), FT% to 72.1% (+4.5%), and 3PT% to 35.3% (+4.5%). This efficiency has helped her raise her scoring average by 6.25 ppg, while only taking about two more shots per game compared to last season. She's been quite effective from behind the arc and gets herself open with some quick moves on her defender or by setting good, hard screens along the perimeter and then flowing to space.

Neumann is a rebounding machine as she showed in their opening game this season, pulling down 16 boards to go along with 12 points. Her length inside often goes unmatched, but she is more than your typical post. She can grab a defensive rebound and push the ball, she gets a lot of perimeter touches because of her ability to handle the ball and create chances downhill, and she can start actions outside that get their offense flowing.

Shulz plays an interesting role for Richland. Listed as a forward, she's also the one bringing the ball down for the Bombers and creates a good amount of their action and opportunities by making quick decisions off the catch. She's scoring 21.3 ppg to go along with 8.8 rebounds this year, and finds ways to get her shots off with different timing inside, as well as showing a pretty smooth shot from further out. She's already just 14 FTA away from last year's total and has upped her percentage at the line to 61.3% after shooting 46.6% last season.

Holmes is off to a great start in her senior season, averaging 19.2 ppg and proving to be a rock for the 10-1 Tigers. She does a great job rim-running in transition, finding ways to get quick, deep position, and finishing strong around defenders. She's really shown great focus and approach down low, looking to get little bumps to create space, working with some patience and footwork, and just proving to be too strong for defenders much of the time. She has also shown a nice shot from behind the arc and plays with great awareness to continually put herself in good spots to attack.

The Santa Clara commit is a beast down low. A constant double-double threat, Gildersleeve-Stiles plays the post position about as well as you can hope. She has a great head while operating down there, keeps her cool, has multiple moves to go to, knows how to leverage herself and move her defender, and has great touch to finish it all off. One of the most impressive aspects of her game is her hustle down the floor. For being such a strong post presence, she's also a really mobile player and is constantly beating defenders down the floor and either catching the ball on the run for buckets or setting up quickly down low for entries.

Shumate is locked in to play hoops at Concordia Irvine next year and it's not hard to see why. She is a physical presence down low who plays tough, isn't shy of contact, and has good quickness over small spaces to operate down low. She sets hard screens, works her tail off to get in good rebounding position, and can cover the paint well to contest shots inside. She's a vital piece of the 9-2 Lyncs, helping them establish some ground inside and balancing out their perimeter attack from some solid guards.
