Obviously from being scouted being one, but also based on the recommendation of other team's coaches. So each year and throughout the course of the year, new additions are added, creating a solid list of prospects that people need to keep their eyes on. Though this list can fluctuate based on kids improving and getting better, it still marks an opportunity for kids to measure themselves against talent across the state.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Though the rankings are a collaboration effort (unlike the Titans at the moment), the young ladies who are on it warrant recognition for their efforts. No matter the number, these young ladies contribute to their teams success and that alone is a testament to their hard work. Her offensive game has grown, shooting from the arc consistently, but displaying an impressive ability of putting on the floor and finishing at the rim against contact. When her number is called, she goes in and gives it all she's got. Look for her to not only step it up but become a viable option down the stretch, excelling in the role she will be tasked to do.
