The holiday season means it's time for the annual Winter rankings update. As it pertains to the Class of 2026, we have expanded the overall rankings and watch list from 185 total prospects to 200 total prospects, so there will likely be a handful of new names on each position list. Below is a look at the Combo Guards in 2026, with some analysis on a few who have stood out for one reason or another since our last update.

[player_tooltip player_id='567128' first='Ahniyah' last='Bennett'], 2026, 5-6 CG, Connersville H.S.
- Ahniyah is one of the best athletes in the state, regardless of size, which is why she excels on the track as well. She has length, speed & quickness, and she is vertically athletic. She can get through gaps in the defense quickly, and she has a really nice mid-range pull-up. She is also a gnat defensively who can bother the ball, or she can create steals from "help" side.

[player_tooltip player_id='893481' first='Ka'Dence' last='Bland'], 2026, 5-4 CG, Ben Davis H.S.
- Ka'Dence caught my attention this past Summer, and she has started for the Giants this Winter. She is fairly strong for her height, but she also has length, speed, and quickness. There are times when she looks like a pass-first point guard and differs to teammates, and there are times when she is hunting shots/scores. She can also effectively sit down and defend.

[player_tooltip player_id='486512' first='Cadynce' last='Clark'], 2026, 5-8 CG, Valparaiso H.S.
- Cadynce has improved each season at Valpo, and she is now the top running 'mate to [player_tooltip player_id='419439' first='Lillian' last='Barnes']. Cadynce has a solid to strong frame, touch around the perimeter, a solid handle, and she sees the floor well and doesn't make a lot of mistakes. She plays with a quiet toughness and a strong motor, and she'll do a lot of the "little things".

[player_tooltip player_id='486542' first='Alonna' last='Divine'], 2026, 5-8 CG, Pike H.S.
- Alonna has fit in nicely at Pike, and she gives them an athletic playmaker who can create offense for herself or teammates. She has a long, athletic frame, she can get downhill quickly, and she has good vision plus a nice pull-up jumper. Additionally, she can be a high-level defender on the ball, or she can affect passing lanes from the "help" side of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='567133' first='Brynn' last='Owens'], 2026, 5-7 CG, Austin H.S.
- Brynn has always been considered a very good perimeter shooter, and this year she has already made 51 3-pointers at a 40% rate. But she has also done a nice job of attacking and drawing contact, using the free throw line as a weapon as well. She has nice length, is a fluid athlete as well, and she can handle the ball and run offense as a point guard when needed.
