The holiday season means it's time for the annual Winter rankings update. As it pertains to the Class of 2027, we have expanded the overall rankings and watch list from 125 total prospects to 150 total prospects, so there will likely be a handful of new names on each position list. Below is a look at the Centers in 2027, with some analysis on a few who have stood out for one reason or another since our last update.

[player_tooltip player_id='756234' first='Ivy' last='Henderson'], 2027, 6-4 C, Crown Point H.S.
- Ivy is a big, strong, fairly physical post prospect who has come a long way in a short time. She does a really nice job of keeping the ball high and away from smaller defenders. She positions herself fairly well offensively, she'll catch, turn, and score it easy inside, but now she's starting to add a bit more of a face-up game away from the block. As she continues to develop her game, look for her to become more active and versatile.

[player_tooltip player_id='934000' first='Erika' last='Larson'], 2027, 6-1 C/PF, Avon H.S.
- I just saw Erika for the first time in the Fall, and she is definitely an intriguing prospect who I think could continue to grow and develop into a nice interior scorer. She is extremely long, wiry-strong, and she has found a role for herself in the Orioles rotation this season, averaging 4.7 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 2.1 blocked shots per game to date. She is active, athletic in most directions, and she can flash a solid mid-post game as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='932698' first='Giniya' last='Williams'], 2027, 6-1 C, Bishop Noll Institute
- Giniya transferred into Noll from East Chicago this year, and though she has missed a handful of games due to injury, in 13 games she is averaging 6.8 points and 7.4 rebounds per game. She has length, an athletic frame, and she's willing to be physical around the paint. She's likely still growing and close to 6-2, and she does a nice job defensively. As she continues to work on her offensive skill, expect her to draw more attention.
