EDC State Prediction – Part 1

They have all the pieces and arguably the most talent in the state. She is a good point guard and a great defender. She has gotten more confident with the ball each year she has played varsity and helps make Horace nearly impossible to press. She is very skilled and shoots the ball at an incredibly high clip. She is deadly as soon as she gets across half-court and is savvy enough with the ball to get to any spot she wants to. She is a competitive defender and puts great pressure on the ball. She is a great teammate and a very steady ballplayer. She can knock down the outside shot but doesn't need to score to help her team win. She is a great defender and can handle the ball. She would start on nearly every team in the state, but the Hawks are loaded with talent. She is a great teammate and only cares about winning. She is relentless around the rim, averaging an incredible 16 rebounds per game, with 6 of those coming on the offensive end. She is such a good 'second jumper', meaning she can get offensive rebounds and got back up very quickly over her opponents. She is ultra-competitive and willing to do whatever is needed to win. She plays with a great confidence and swagger. She is an elite athlete, having great speed, quickness, jumping ability, and strength. She can shoot from outside and take it to the rack. They have a young future star and a great coach. She hardly makes any mistakes which is incredibly rare for a high school player. She plays with great pace and is an excellent shooter. She can play multiple positions on the floor and can guard girls who are bigger than her. She is doing a great job of learning the speed of the varsity game and has the experience of participating on a state championship team last year as an 8th grader. She is super long and athletic with the ability to get to the rack. She is super tough and plays with a calming demeaner. She can shoot from anywhere and can get to the rim. She elevates super well and can make difficult shots in the paint due to her elite athleticism. She sets the tone for her teammates with how hard she plays. She is one of the hardest working players in the league. She competes and works to keep opposing girls in front of her defensively. She is an active defender and big and strong enough to compete with opposing team's posts. She makes things tough by using her strength to fight for position.
