Playing V2 this season, she's been a major asset to the team and their success. Getting a quick glance at her last year, it was clear there was some growth needed to become a high-octane guard, especially with Mount Saint Charkes coming into the NEPSAC conference. Conte has stepped up to the plate this year truly demonstrating her quick-witted abilities in both the open court and within halfcourt action. Her smooth game exudes confidence plus she can get rolling quickly. The progression in her game certainly has her thriving. Expect Nora to climb into the nearing '28 rankings.

[player_tooltip player_id='351272' first='Kaylis' last='Diaz'] (2028) | Forward | Mansfield

Although Kaylis came into the season as an underrated gem for her Mansfield squad, it was clear her skillset made her deserving of more minutes. Diaz carved more time as a freshman by finding ways to affect the game that led to winning basketball. Not a bunch of major scoring outputs at the moment, but she's working hard and stuffing the stat-sheet by doing just about everything else. Kaylis is one of those players that does many things that may not show up on the record, but it's obvious how important she can be. The rebounding ability is huge on both offense and defense; she gives her team a chance at securing extra possessions every second she's on the floor. Not only that, but Diaz plays stifling defense too. She can guard at least 3 positions comfortably in the halfcourt. In addition, Diaz can be an individual matchup nightmare or a strong deterrence in team defense. Overall, she's a player whose game has grown just by getting thrown in more action. Kaylis brings that x-factor energy for Mansfield. The hardworking play is paying off and the best has yet to come.

Jalisa "Juju" Booth (2028) | Guard/Wing | Suffield

What a great 1-2 punch the twins Jazlynn and Juju are. This year they've been on a tear, matching up with the toughest talent around while finding success. They've both played a major role for Suffield this season and remain lethal tandem threats for the opponents.

Juju has seemingly found her stride as a 2-way challenger that makes timely plays on both sides of the ball. For a perimeter player, she's quite the rebounder. Booth has a strong frame plus has ample athleticism to fight through boxouts. She'll also come flying in from the weakside to snatch bouncing balls, deflating the opponents' moral. Even though she's been contributing steadily on the offensive side of the ball, what's been impressive is her suffocating defense. Booth has really made a name for herself as an aggressive agitator that provokes mishaps in the offense. Lockdown defender is a badge she should certainly have. Her defense contributes to easy points and speeds up the game for her team in transition. Theres not many players that get the better of Booth either. This alone makes her a captivating player.

[player_tooltip player_id='975944' first='Ella' last='Reyes'] (2028) | CG | Westerly

Ella has been averaging nearly 15 points in February, impressive for a first-year player on a competitive team. Reyes just had a 25-point game vs an elite Moses Brown team and pulled out an upsetting victory. Ella has been one of the leading features in Westerly's successful season. They just had a 12-game winning streak and Reye's top-tier play has been unrelentless, chastising opponents that neglected the scouting report. The fantastic freshman has exceeded initial expectations from the preseason. Reyes' preeminent play will have her as one of those players to watch in the playoffs.

[player_tooltip player_id='975765' first='Zareia' last='Colome'] (2028) | CG | Pawtucket

Zareia is a fabulous secondary punch for Pawtucket and certainly will be the successor in the coming years. She has all the tools with a ton of potential. Her polished game allows her to be a threat from both inside and out. She finishes well around the rim as well as having one of the most lethal off the dribble shooting capacities in her class. She's certainly out delivered this year and that's because of her confidence with the ball in her hand, ability to make plays happen from nothing, all while having vigorous defense. The consistent double-digit scorer has been a wonderful addition to the squad. The freshman starter will be an interesting watch that has enough firepower to scare some teams in the postseason.
