Blackburn continues to lead her team and she will lead them to states again! This one is a quick athlete that stays active on both ends of the court. She is a scrappy defender. Offensively, she does a great job of penetrating the gaps and getting into the lane. She continues to be a floor general and a great leader. She poured in 16 points in a recent win over Westside. She has a long list of accolades and achievements. She recently poured in 43 points to break her school's single game scoring record. She's a winner! I do believe that Meadows will lead her team past Nicholas County in the first round. However, taking on a tough Greenbrier East squad may stop the run for Pikeview this year to make it to states. Meadows poured in 19 points in a recent win over Woodrow Wilson. Riley continues to be a solid leader for the Lady Panthers! She knows the game and she truly plays it the right way. Greenbrier East takes on Independence tonight. I don't see any upsets happening, and I think East will make it to states! Ava poured in 13 points, &amp; added 5 steals in a recent win over Spring Mills. East does not finish their regular season at 21-1 without [player_tooltip player_id='656290' first='Ava' last='Workman']! This sensational sophomore performs extremely well under pressure. She has the confidence in her ability. She's extremely ball savvy. She poured in 26 points and added 10 rebounds for a double-double in a win over Liberty. She poured in 24 points in the most recent win over Shady Spring to keep her team alive. Harmony is active on the boards and does a great job getting offensive rebounds. She contributes in all aspects of the game. Princeton takes on Ripley tonight and I do believe that Princeton will move on in this one. After all, they do have the most active guard on their team. Asia is a guard with a non-stop motor. She's an exceptional, scrappy defender that never stops working. If Princeton wins tonight, they will play the winner of Sissonville vs Herbert Hoover.
