Top Miss Tennessee Nominees from 4A Classification

Some of the best girls in the state compete in this classification, playing at a high level with their style of play. Talk about a class that embodies the grind, this classification has girls in it who are some true athletes who get after it on both ends of the floor.   The largest classification as far as enrollment goes, these kids in this division can hoop. How they get a bucket can come in many forms, however, you better believe these young ladies have been battle-tested and have been put through the fire. Like a Phoenix, they rise above the flames, putting on a show not only in their perspective classification, but also doing work on various platforms in the summertime. I am talking about EYBL, UA circuits, 3 stripes, E-40, and other independent platforms, whatever it may be, there is a 4A kid doing work and competing against some top talent.   The nominees listed are household names and rightfully so. Their body of work speaks volumes and how they help propel their prospective ball clubs is a sight to be seen. These girls know how to get the job done. Each year, it seems that they add tools to their tool belts, making it even tougher for them to be stopped. Here are some potential top nominees for Miss Tennessee from the 4A division.    Has dominated the competition every since she stepped foot on the high school scene, this young lady is a tough competitor who is hard to slow down. This season, she has added a 3pt shot to go along with her ability to get it done inside the arc. From being a beast on the boards to blocking shots, her body of work keeps getting better and she is showcasing what she is all about not only within state borders, but across various platforms around the country. She is averaging 20 ppg, 6rpg, and leads her club in steals. One of the best two way players in the state.     Blessed with size and length, her game continues to improve as she too has added opportunities to her game. From knocking down shots on the perimeter to finishing in the mid-range or around the basket, this kid has grown significantly and her confidence has skyrocketed. She is a tough competitor who can get it done on both ends of the floor. Averaging 26ppg, 13rpg, and 3bpg a game, she is a tough matchup every single night to deal with.     One of the most dynamic guards in the state, she has been giving people fits ever since freshman year. Her ability to create off the dribble is second to none. She is in a class all by herself when it comes taking over a game. Her ability to breakdown a defense to get herself or her teammates favorable shot opportunities is crazy good. She is a name that has jumped up on even more recruiting boards around the country. Solid two-way player who is a big, big deal.     Hard to describe someone who can put the ball in the whole at a consistent clip. She is more than just a sharpshooter, someone who also can take you off the dribble to finish in the mid-range or at the rim. She can get a bucket with ease, but what stands out the most in my opinion is how she can help elevate and inspire her teammates. She does more than just score, she defends, makes the hustle plays, and cheers loudly for her team. She is a leader amongst all and a solid kid who has worked for everything she has done.      One of the most undervalued kids in the state, this kid just gets the job done. She goes hard and excels at whatever assignment she is given. Hilary is a multi-level scoring threat who plays the game with a passion. She's always on go mode and goes the extra mile to get the job done. Her ability to do a mutltude of things enables her to be one of the most valuable pieces on the floor. She can defend like crazy, rebound with the best of them, and still have that same intensity to go get a bucket. Dual sport athlete who has speed for days. Is averaging 19.5 ppg,4 rpg, and 3spg.     Super tough big who uses her size and physicality to her advantage. She owns the interior on both the defense and offensive side of the ball. Has nice footwork where she goes strong from block to block. Can face up and score it or power up through defenders who try to get in her way. Defensively, she times things up perfectly as she is good to get multiple blocks a game. She big time on the boards and when its all said and done, she has had multiple games where she has had a double-double.  18.ppg and 9.9 rpg. Not bad numbers for a kid who is stacking up solid performances as the season winds down.
