[player_tooltip player_id='1131060' first='Mattea' last='Kassebaum'] has put together a senior season to remember with her Lincoln Christian High School team and that is a big reason as to why she has gone from unranked to #11 out of the 2025 Class. Kassebaum controls tempo as a PG, she has an uncanny ability to create at a high rate for others off of the attack, she defends her position really well with a high motor, and she never seems to give up on a play or her team - no matter the situation. At this point in time, Kassebaum has offers from every college Division out there. After her team's state run this next week, I'm sure she will lock in to figure out her future following high school.

Not only is [player_tooltip player_id='1208562' first='Carli' last='Black'] a respectable guard with a decent level of skill, she always happens to be in the right place at the right time to succeed and I believe that is because she is willing to work. It doesn't matter if it's a fast break, in the half court, or anything in between. Black runs the floor as one of the best with a smooth ability to finish at the hoop. She also possesses some impressive hand-eye coordination, a soft touch on the basketball, and a lot of situational awareness. She knows when to do what in big moments and that helps her shines above others. If I'm not mistaken Sidney is still alive in this State Tournament this week so hopefully Black comes to play. If her and everyone else steps up per usual, they should have a nice chance to continue on their Playoff run.

[player_tooltip player_id='1208596' first='Ava' last='Hastreiter'] of Archangels Catholic High School jumps to the ball really well with some natural instincts. For all intents and purposes, Hastreiter is an undersized PF. She has the ability to stay inside the lane and protect the paint or she can step out and defend the outside. In each contest this Winter, this is someone that put up respectable numbers in the steals, rebounds, and block departments. She also did a little bit of scoring here and there as well. All in all, Hastreiter should be proud of the high school career she put together on the hardwood. It takes a lot of dedication and Hastreiter demonstrated that every day she competed.

Every once and awhile there is a prospect that steps up to be their team's source of energy in everything they do and because of that, they leave their mark on every little category that you can think of throughout the duration of a contest. In this case we are speaking about [player_tooltip player_id='1208585' first='Halle' last='Knapp'] of Elm Creek High School. Knapp is one of those that is athletic, smart, and the game comes slowly to her. Whenever I've had the chance to watch Knapp on film, she has played at her own pace, not letting external factors dictate what she is going to do or how she is going to perform. Knapp is the definition of leave it all out on the floor. Each game she plays in, she is good for a few points, rebounds, assists, steals, and blocks. She might not score the highest number in all of those categories but she still is making her presence known and that's all you can ask.

York High School is taught to fly to the ball on defense. Each prospect that competes for this varsity program, seems to put in an extreme amount of effort and that cannot be said for most high school teams out there. Someone that does a great job of playing with high energy and a lot of positivity is CG, [player_tooltip player_id='1208234' first='Reese' last='Hirschfeld']. Hirschfeld is disciplined on defense, never jumping for pump fakes. She runs the lane lines really well in transition. She can score near or far from the hoop. All while being someone that doesn't need the ball in their possession for too long to make something positive happen. When you combined all of that, you get a prospect with promise and a heck of a basketball career thus far. That's for sure.
