The top player in the 2027 class is Papillion-LaVista South's [player_tooltip player_id='747245' first='Addison' last='Medeck']. The 6-2 post with a high, high motor currently has offers from multiple schools including Nebraska, Creighton and Iowa. But what other bigs could make a splash this spring and summer? We break them down here.

You'll see Wilson-Smith listed as a SG/PG which is fair. She can handle the ball well and shoot it. But she will also get in the paint and bruise you if decide to put a smaller player on her. She should thrive this summer with ETG and coach Ann Prince. After transferring from Bellevue East to Omaha North, she led the Vikings to the Class A state final by averaging a double-double. In our mind one of the top 10 players in the state regardless of class.

Miller is undervalued for a few reasons. One, she plays in the shadow of standout sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='884235' first='Shayla' last='Rautenberg'] for Class C-1 state champion Milford. And second, she opts to not go the full "shoe circuit" route in the spring and summer playing for the [program_tooltip program_id='712711' first='Nebraska' last='Lasers']. That said, she might have one of the best offensive skill sets we have seen from a big in Nebraska in sometime. She is also can step out and shoot it.

Bailey was a standout for Omaha Westview this past season and can play inside and outside. She was second on her team in scoring at 11.9 points per game and led the Wolverines in rebounding with 4.5 per contest. A strong player, Bailey can also defend well in the post. She'll be a key player for [program_tooltip program_id='712709' first='Nebraska' last='Attack'] 17U Rise this spring and summer.

Garcia averaged 7.4 points and 4.4 rebounds for Lincoln Southeast this winter. But she moves to the [program_tooltip program_id='712709' first='Nebraska' last='Attack'] 17U UAA team for the spring and summer season and will play for a team that is loaded with talented post players. With her length, Garcia has shown good ability to get to the rim. She shot 40% from the floor this past winter and has improved her outside shot at well, making 21 3s for Lincoln Southeast on 34% shooting from deep.

On a talented Omaha Westside team this winter that advanced to the Class A state tournament, Pederson played her role in the post well. She averaged just over eight points per game and was the Warriors second-leading rebounder at 5.4 per contest. Will play with Medeck and company this spring and summer for ETG where her game could really impress college coaches.

The top player in the 2027 class is Papillion-LaVista South's Addison Medeck Addison Medeck Addison Medeck 6'2" | PF Papillion LV South | 2027 State NE . The 6-2 post with a high, high motor currently has offers from multiple schools including Nebraska, Creighton and Iowa. But what other bigs could make a splash this spring and summer?
