’26 Rankings: Stock Risers

Do not be surprised when Ellis moves in the top 10! Brooklyn is a 4A state champion and she played a major role for her team to accomplish this! Brooklyn finished her junior season on the all-tournament team! She was also named the captain of the second team for 4A all-state! In my opinion, she's a first team athlete. She's not flashy and she does not have to be. She does whatever is needed on the basketball court to help her team win. Ellis is going to make a team extremely happy at the next level!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='570511' first='Mary' last='Rushworth'] is one of my favorite athletes to watch play the game of basketball! She plays with a fire that shows when she completes the old-fashioned 3 point play. She's a calm athlete and you will love when she shows that type of emotion! She is a solid athlete and she is fundamentally sound! She was named to the first team 2A all-state list! She was also on the AA all-tournament team. She capped off her junior season as a state champion! Mary is a true stock-riser! </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='570561' first='Emma' last='Moore'] made the largest leap from the 65th spot to number 28! Moore can definitely move her way up in the top 15 with her exceptional play! Emma had a great junior season and I know that her stock increased on the court! Emma finished her junior season with being named to the AAA 2nd team all-state list! Keep your eyes on Moore and this East Fairmont squad next season! </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='570287' first='Seneca' last='Heller'] is an athlete that every coach wants on their team! Seneca is the athlete that will run through a brick wall for her teammates and her coach! She has the competitive fire and the will to win! She moved up 5 spots from the 20th spot to number 15 in our rankings! This one finished her junior season with being named on the AA 1st team all-state list! She was also a part of the state all-tournament team! Seneca's stock is continuing to rise! </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='570508' first='Lena' last='Frymier'] played a huge part in her team winning the single A state championship! She competes hard and she plays with a high motor! She moved up in our top 50. She is currently at the 47th spot and I believe that she will continue to move up in our rankings! Lena is a shooting guard that knocks down the open shots! She has great shot mechanics and she is definitely an athlete that you do not want to leave open. Frymier was named to the second team all-state list! She was also named to the class A all-tournament team! Keep your eyes on Lena and this Gilmer County squad. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
