Lone Peak returns everyone from this yers teama nd they will add a few more pieces tp the squad. [player_tooltip player_id='796473' first='Zuri' last='Nordstrom'] and [player_tooltip player_id='796745' first='Kennedy' last='Woolston'] will be among their top returners but what Maddie Pope and [player_tooltip player_id='849040' first='Lave' last='Holdcraft'] bring back to the team is something you can't overlook. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Copper Hills had a team that started 5 seniors and although they return [player_tooltip player_id='1206007' first='Abby' last='Bush'] and [player_tooltip player_id='922382' first='Ella' last='Creer'] this team will be a new look team, but do not count them out as they will have some hungry players that have been waiting their turn to shine. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Bingham is another team that will need to figure out a way to reload as they return just two contributors from this past season in [player_tooltip player_id='796474' first='Evalyn' last='Roberts'] and [player_tooltip player_id='789053' first='Stacia' last='Peoples']. They have some young talent in the pipeline ready to step up. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Davis will be led by [player_tooltip player_id='796844' first='T'Maea' last='Eteuati'] and [player_tooltip player_id='827408' first='Kate' last='Willard'] and they could easily make a run with just those two players. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Fremont will re-class to 5A and they will be among the best in 5A as they return a lot and the evolution of [player_tooltip player_id='796472' first='Abigail' last='Christensen'] is just starting to hit it's stride. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Westlake will be an easy picj for top 5 team to start the season as they return everyone as well and they will be led by two dynamic guards in Janice Sikander and [player_tooltip player_id='796479' first='Avery' last='Thompson'].</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Mountain Ridge will also return almost everyone as they will also be a Top 5 team to start the season and they will make up what looks to be a killer Region 2. [player_tooltip player_id='805788' first='Kaylee' last='Montgomery'] is starting to come along and [player_tooltip player_id='796847' first='Jessica' last='Maynard'] will be much improved. Do not forget [player_tooltip player_id='866703' first='Jada' last='Jangard'] who will also be a major piece in their run for state next year. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Syracuse will be another top 5 team as they return Rachael McBride and [player_tooltip player_id='796823' first='Maylee' last='Anderson'] one of the better duo's in girls basketball. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Skyridge looses a lot and they will rely on [player_tooltip player_id='789079' first='Ella' last='Oeser'] and Ellena Chiara to make a splash next season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2 Teams Not Mentioned</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Cedar Valley</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Aviators make their jump to 6A and in a few years they will likely be the biggest school in the state the way things are growing in their area. Cedar Valley had a great year and they also return everyone. They have a lot of high energy guards they can turn to. [player_tooltip player_id='827410' first='Savannah' last='Klodt'] has wiggle and a lot of skill. Ellie larson and [player_tooltip player_id='796815' first='Hadley' last='Whiting'] are going to be a handful. Like we mentioned before Region 2 is going to be brutal. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Lehi also looks to build on a solid year and they also have some young talent and heightt. [player_tooltip player_id='950220' first='Kelcee' last='Rasmussen'] could be a game changer and she has a big grassroots season ahead of her. If she could play against some high level teams it could truly help her improve her game. [player_tooltip player_id='1142936' first='Brynlee' last='Cook'] could also help this team come next season and tehy have a few young players that should earn some varsity minutes. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
