[player_tooltip player_id='624875' first='Laila' last='Brown'], 2026, 6-3 C, Warren Central H.S. - Laila is that kid who is dripping with talent/potential. You see flashes of things each time out that other girls her age/size just can't do. But she is still working toward being more consistent from game to game and even half to half. She is tremendously long, wiry-strong, fast North/South, and somewhat bouncy. She is a very good defender who protects the rim, but she can also come out on the floor and help with ball screens. Offensively, she has some touch in the mid-post, she likes to go off the bounce some, too, and as she has gotten stronger, she has gotten more comfortable on the block.

[player_tooltip player_id='928927' first='Allyson' last='White'], 2026, 6-2 C, New Palestine H.S. - I had the opportunity to see Allyson for a little while at the Shamrock Classic a couple of weeks back, and she is a very intriguing front-liner. She has some similarities to Center Grove's [player_tooltip player_id='692242' first='Emerson' last='Vlcan'] (2025), so I can see her picking up similar small college interest, assuming she continues to work on her game. Allyson is extremely long & wiry, fluidly athletic, and somewhat bouncy. She still needs to absorb contact a bit better and play more physical inside, but she doesn't shy away from contact, and she has some nice touch facing the rim. Additionally, she is a nice rim protector.
