17u Saturday Shooters Dynasty Region Kickoff

I like that old school mid range jumper. A player hits the gap on a drive with a nice pull up. Check out these 5 players who burned the nets up Saturday. Nice combo guard that just about did a little bit of everything for her team. Tough defender in the front of the press causing turnovers. One count I had her at 5 made 3's but it could have been more. Started out the first game hot from deep and continue the momentum the second game. Showed some great double crossover move to finish when ran off the 3 point line getting to the rim for the layup. Handled the ball at the 2 spot helping against tough pressure defense. The opposing coaches were yelling guard the shooter and it still did not matter. A very versatile guard that needed no space to get the shot off. The hands were ready and the feet were down on the catch. Great size and skill set let her post up small defenders. Showed the ability to knock down the 3 in half court offense sets and pull up in transition. Shot a high percentage inside the arch with a mix of drives for layups,, post up moves and mid range pull ups. A physical down hill driver and post ups against smaller defenders made her a match up issue. At times Saturday she did both for her team. Great understanding of the game making good decisions at the point guard spot. Tough scrappy defender that did not mind jumping into the pile to get that 50/50 ball.
