Strong and athletic, Ifeoma rebounds like a taller prospect. Was a handful to keep off the glass, as she gets good position and fights for every rebound. Along with racking up the second chance points, she's a disruptive defender. Active hands to deflect passes in the paint and had a strong verticality block. Had an efficient scoring night. Mixing catch and shoot threes with drives to the rim. Had an impressive scoop finish to cap off one of those takes. Heady player when it comes to putbacks and turning turnovers into transition points. Aftre those steals she was off to the races for transition scores. Chipped in with a three pointer as well. Carries the scoring load while also making defensive plays all over the court. Does a good job of fronting and denying post entry passes, along with other deflections in the halfcourt. Even forced some backcourt turnovers with "I'm her" moments. Those moments included her an awesome contested floater she hit to end the third quarter. Also knocked down shots from three. It was quieter offensive game for the usually impressive scoring junior. Still had her moments, with good body control finishes at the rim. Looked to be a better passer. Had some errant passes but was good at setting the table. Has combined with Senior Kate Roller, Sophomore Tessa Bond, and fellow junior Gracyn Weber to lead Cascia to a 8-0 mark. Don't leave her open from deep, because she has a smooth form and hit repeatedly. Be careful on close outs, because she also looked good when using a dribble or two to relocate and still let it fly with accuracy.
