Her skill as a dribbler standouts. Especially in the opening clip where she goes to the ground, keeps her dribble and still finishes at the rim. Good balance and pace when gliding to the rim or stopping and popping in the mid-range. Lot's of made spot up threes and mid-range clips in the video, with clean, repeatable mechanics. Simply too fast, too strong and too quick for the small town ranks. Around the rim, she makes decisive and powerful moves with outstanding agility for her build. Steps out and smoothly drains threes as well. Garcia-Howell is betting on herself by heading to JuCo, and it's very possible with her combo of skill and athletic ability that she ends up at D1 or a premier D2 program. It's fitting that while she's a sharpshooter, she's also a coach's daughter. Off defensive rebounds, she looks to push herself with dribbles and good transition pitches. Good athlete as a driver.
