Adidas 3SSB Session 1: Opening Day Observations (FREE)

Prep Girls Hoops was in attendance in Rock Hill, SC for the Adidas 3SSB Session 1 this past weekend. The Rock Hill Sports & Event Center had 8 courts going and plenty of talent in the gym all day long. Let’s take a look at some of the players from the Evergreen State right here we saw while in attendance.

with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 5 blocks. Smith who plays at Kamiakin HS (Kennewick) was all over the floor today with her play. She stayed active on both ends of the court running down rebounds outside of her area to blocking and contesting shots. Emauni showed to have soft hands with finishes at the bucket. She at times would look to drive from the top of the key with 2-3 dribbles to the rack.

controlled the paint with some nice give and goes to the bucket. She did a nice job of keeping the ball up high after claiming it off the glass. Star would play with her back to the basket and look to post up down on the block. Star finished with 14 points and 7 rebounds. She attends Garfield HS.

Isla Kelly Isla Kelly 5'10" | SG Lakes / Elite Prep | 2025 WA is a UNSIGNED senior who actually hails from Surrey, British Columbia Canada. Isla played this past season with Elite Prep on the Grind Session. She was able to pop screens at times today and get solid looks at the basket from three-point range. Isla really showed a smooth shooting stroke and good shot selection all day long.
Paige Ary-Turner is a quick point guard with the ball in her hands. She was able to use ball-screens at times to race to the cup. Paige did a nice job of changing speeds to get by defenders in the open court. She was able to connect on some short turnaround jumpers here today.

really played well. Mayorguin was extremely effective around the paint finishing with 17 points while Tanna finished with 14 points. Lucia 5-foot-11 was able to drop an elbow jumper when she wasn’t finishing around the bucket. Mayorguin attends Maywood Middle School in Renton.
Tsuchikawa a point guard was constantly swarming the ball on both ends of the floor. She really looked to push the tempo and play quick from side to side while on the court. Tanna did a nice job of keeping the ball low to the deck and changing directions. She attends Cougar Mountain Middle School in Issaquah.
