Expect them to build upon their successful high school seasons and move up the ranks!    Helen can knock it down from deep and score inside. She is very fundamentally sound. Elite footwork in the post. Her soft touch is very impressive around the basket. Helen has an extremely quick release on her deadly mid-range jumper. It has proven to be a zone buster. As a defender, Helen is always engaged with solid off-ball awareness. She has all the tools to play at the next level.     Skylah had an eye-opening sophomore season for Shadow Hill. When evaluating her game, she is a 2-way scorer with a special gift to generate steals and deflections. 12 games with 5+ steals on the high school season! Very few athletes at her size can create havoc the way she can on the defensive end, making her indispensable in the up-and-down AAU circuit. Skylah had a performance for the ages late in the year for Shadow Hill: 15 points, 12 rebounds, 12 steals, 4 blocks. She will carry this momentum forward to grassroots season and build upon her success.     Lyric has UNBELIEVABLE quickness at her size. The volleyball background certainly translates. She is the perfect grassroots big becuase of her mobility and quick-twitch nature. Lyric's defensive potential and switch-ability is off the charts. Her reaction time catches opposing guards off-guard whenever they pass the ball inside. She blocks shots in the paint and on the perimeter. She dominated the boards as a high school freshman (12 rpg). Offensively, Lyric is a reliable finisher inside and knows how to keep the ball high. Keep an eye on her as she continues to evolve and become more aggressive.     Marissa played on a loaded Ontario Christian squad this past high school season and still got meaningful minutes as a freshman. She was able to practice with the best-of-the-best day-in day-out. This bodes well for a promising summer. Marissa has an impressive combination of size and athleticism. She also does whatever it takes to win. Her game will take off with [program_tooltip program_id='716027' first='Team' last='G'].     Kamila helped lead her high school squad to a 21-8 record as their leading rebounder and shot blocker. She had multiple games as a freshman that were very impressive. 1 notable performance: 20pts, 12rebs, 4stls, 2 blocks. Kamila is a top-tier defender who generates several deflections. Her consistency in the scoring department will only improve as she continues to gain confidence and playing experience.     Shayla is a double-double machine with defensive characteristics that translate to grassroots season. Spring and summer basketball is more of an up-and-down game compared to high school. She is another big on this list who generates several deflections. Shayla holds her ground in the paint. She began her high school season with 4 or more blocks in the first eight games. Shayla has a great all-around game and should be on your radar immediately.
