The Legacy Region Kick-Off tips off this Friday, and I'd like to highlight a few kids for programs coming to the event. Today, I'm highlighting some kids that small schools should consider if they have the time at the event.

The Edgerton forward is a physical presence around the rim. I thought she played well against the best teams the Crimson Tide played last season and took a step forward as a player. Langer physically controlled the area around the basket, scored around the basket, and was an excellent rebounder. She'll be someone who'll help a team at the next level if she wants to continue her basketball career.

Abigail Tassoul

The De Pere native had a standout season for the Red Birds and was their best player last season. Tassoul led the Red Birds' offense last season and did an excellent job creating offense for her teammates. There were games where she was outstanding and scored close to 30. She broke out this season and heading into her final AAU season, schools will stop and look at her and evaluate her game. I suspect a few schools will value what she brings to the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='842235' first='Mallory' last='Glysch']

The Muskego wing played a prominent role in the Warriors' run to a state title game this past season. The lefty was an excellent perimeter threat who made threes at an elite percentage. Her ability to play within the zone defenses the Warriors played also allowed her to make plays on the defensive end of the floor. From being a JV kid in her first season at Muskego to a starter in a State Title game two seasons later was/is an incredible story, and she's still improving. She's another kid who should garner significant interest from small schools. Glysch's recruitment will be intriguing, for me at least.

[player_tooltip player_id='777576' first='Kensington' last='Rosenow']

Rosenow brings a calm presence to the floor. She's always had a certain poise that you could see from a mile away. She's been the source of scoring and creation for her high school team the last few seasons and has to do more than her fair share to keep her group competitive. The raw numbers may not look as great as others, but she pops when you watch back her Mishicot games. I'm curious how she plays alongside her AAU team, which has more talent than her high school group.
