2026 Rankings Update - New Additions

Here are the new additions to the 2026 Class.   <a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/dakotas/rankings/north-dakota-rankings/2026-rankings/">FULL 2026 RANKINGS - CLICK ME!</a>    Logen is an All-Region player, making that list for multiple years. She has good vision and is trusted to take the ball out of bounds on baseline out-of-bounds plays and in Des Lacs' press breaker. She is good at initiating her team's offense and really shines in the mid-range with a nice looking shot.     Avery is looking for an increased role next season with the departure of [player_tooltip player_id='331508' first='Jaiden' last='Haile'].  There will be more minutes at the post position and she is eager to earn them.  She is a long and lanky 6'1 post who plays hard.  She does a nice job of keeping her feet defensively and attacks the offensive glass hard.  She keeps possessions alive and gets a lot of her buckets that way.     Nylah is a shifty guard that will be a role player for Thompson.  Thompson is absolutely loaded at the guard position, with two of her teammates that will never get subbed out in Addy Sage and [player_tooltip player_id='550491' first='Kya' last='Hurst'].  Nylah will have to embrace the tough job of pushing her teammates at practice and being a great positive leader.  Nylah probably would have a bigger role on a team that wasn't so guard heavy, but will have to attack the hand she was dealt.     McKenna is a great athlete and will have an increased role for the Honkers going forward. She is a super defender, often being tasked with defending the opponent's best player. She jumps-to-the ball really well and is always in a great defensive stance. She crashes the glass hard and runs the floor hard. She will be asked to be more of a scorer next year as a senior and I think she is up to the challenge.     Reese was a key reserve for the Packers this previous season.  She is a 5'8 guard who came in and was a positive piece for her team.  She is a very smart player and someone who doesn't make a lot of mistakes.  She can knock down the open three if she gets her feet set.  She has good vision with her passing.  I think Reese could find herself a bigger role her senior season.     Audra found herself playing spot minutes off of the bench at times during her junior season.  Audra has really long arms for a guard and moves her feet well defensively.  I think she has all of the tools to be a really good defender.  She plays hard and is a really good teammate.  Audra is someone I would love to have on my team as a coach.     Ava is Miss Do-It-All for the Rockets. She is probably their best athlete and strongest player. She can bring the ball up and initiate the offense but is more comfortable off of the ball. She plays the bottom of their 1-2-2 half-court zone and does a great job of moving to the correct spot and rebounding the ball. She is a good scoring option in the half-court, particularly from the high post. New Rockford-Sheyenne ran a lot of double post action and Ava was excellent in their offense.     Valerie is a very solid point guard and is going to be critical for Wyndmere to have a good season next year. She moves extremely well and has a really strong base. She is great at coming back to the ball on 'outlet' passes and leading the fast-break. She is great at setting the offense up and settling down her team when they get sped up. She is an excellent defender and can compete with taller girls due to how strong she is.
