2028 Class: Names You Need To Know

Pretty soon though, you will get to know a lot of their names. This 2028 class is very skilled and talented to say the least. Now I don't boast about classes a lot, but I have been able to see first hand out this class has come in and changed the trajectory of so many programs. I am not just talking about AAU programs either, but school programs as well. These young ladies have put there heads down and just grinded. What makes this class exciting is that they have helped set the tone for rivalries (new and old to renew) and have given programs hope as they look towards climbing the ladder to new heights.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Within the rankings you will find a little bit of everything. Shooters, floor generals, shifty guards, shot blockers, dominant rebounders, lockdown defenders, ect. Doesn't matter the attribute, just know that they compete and will do until the very end. We will have more coverage throughout about this class, however here are some names you need to know. Someone who prides themselves on making their opponents' life miserable. MK is more than OK. She's legit. A dynamic guard who can score on all three levels and turn around and defend like crazy. She's a speedster that has very quick hands and feet. She can slash through gaps to get to the rim, but her break and butter really is on the defensive end. Steals and deflections is her MO and getting easy transition buckets is what she does best. Her confidence and her game is building, once it's all together, she is going to be a force to be reckoned with. Someone who can do work on the inside, but also can stretch the floor to give you a couple of 3s. She has nice footwork on the interior, where she goes to work around the low block area. She is a hardworking individual who can not only shoot it, but handle the ball as well. Look for her to continue on an upwards trajectory. She is great in the screen game, where she knows how to utilize her body to get in favorable positions to receive the ball and finish. She can post up down low or disengage and knock down the mid-range jumper. She has added the outside game to her repertoire, which enables her to also be aggressive and put the ball on the floor to get to the lane. She rebounds, gets steals, and overall is a solid teammate. Look for her to thrive even more as she will see her minutes increase this upcoming season. Lengthy. Talented. The first 3 words that came to mind when seeing this young lady. She has a nice lefty stroke that she utilizes from the field, hitting the bottom of the net. She goes through the opposition, meaning she isn't afraid to initiate the contact and finish at the rim. She's a big player who plays with poise, knows how to use her body, and has a keen understanding of the game as to how and when to do things. For example, when she blocks shots, her hands don't go down; she goes straight up, making it even tougher for someone to shoot over her. With that being said, she blocks a ton of shots, locking down the painted area. She's solid on both ends of the floor and gives her ballclub (both AAU and high school) an edge.
