The last two days at the Champions Challenge have been slightly different. There have been younger age levels at the Champion Center, which isn't bad, but it's just made the weekend a little different than usual. I've thought the change has changed my approach to the weekend. However, there are some kids I'd like to highlight from the past two days.

I've seen Naraky a few times this weekend, and it's easy to see how talented she is. The 6'1 wing is a well-rounded kid who has played well on the defensive end of the floor. The Illinois native is quicker laterally than you'd think and does an excellent job staying in front of the assignment on the defensive end. Naraky is also a handful for defenses on the offensive end of the floor. She can score from anywhere on the offensive end, get into a rhythm, and take a game over.

[player_tooltip player_id='764935' first='Jada' last='Seubert']

There aren't many kids who can control a game like Seubert can. The Stevens Point native can operate with or without the ball and still be a productive kid on the offensive end of the floor. She can score from all three levels and pass the ball at a high level, and any kid willing to play in a pick-and-roll set as the roller will get free layups throughout the game. She's athletic enough on the defensive end of the floor to be a solid perimeter defender and stay in front of her assignment on the defensive end of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='1241412' first='Gemma' last='Gardow']

The first of the 2029s I'd like to highlight is Eau Claire native [player_tooltip player_id='1241412' first='Gemma' last='Gardow']. She's a physical guard who will find a way into a high school rotation. Gardow is an athletic kid who doesn't mind physicality and will fly after any loose ball. She had a rough offensive half when I saw her play, but I feel that was more of an off day with an 8 am game, so it doesn't worry me much.

Daly Butler

A 2030 graduate from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan will be a solid guard once she gets to high school because she can play high school basketball right now. She handles the ball well, passes it well, and is in control of the offense at all times. Butler will be someone you'll learn about over the next five years, and she'll continue improving.
