After the May Live Period, the upcoming viewing period is the scholastic viewing period. More teams have signed up for this season's Summer Slam event than last year, which the WBCA/WIAA has put on for the previous few years. Leading up to Summer Slam, I'd like to highlight players I haven't for various reasons, so let's get that started.

Haylie Quinn

The River Falls native missed her junior season because of an injury. The Wildcat has been playing with the Minnesota Stars, and I saw her play in Texas. The Wildcats' wing was an all-conference performer in the Big Rivers Conference in the 23-24 season. Her ability to score on the perimeter consistently helped elevate what that River Falls team was because she demanded so much attention out there. She'll be a kid that coaches will want to watch at some point this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1039264' first='Taylor' last='Klingbeil']

The Medford sophomore took a significant step forward this past season for the Raiders. She led the team in scoring and helped lead her team to a winning record last season. Klingbeil's season opened my eyes and made me realize what kind of player she could become over the next few seasons. She handled an increased offensive load well, and she was more effective with more shots, which isn't something you often see. She could be a player who turns some heads with her [program_tooltip program_id='713332' first='Team' last='Wisconsin'] group for the rest of the AAU season.

[player_tooltip player_id='874376' first='Adeline' last='Dwyer']

The De Pere wing is a defensive-minded kid who has done a solid job playing that role for her [program_tooltip program_id='712778' first='Purple' last='Aces'] group. Dwyer is at her best when she's rebounding, defending, or creating extra possessions on the defensive end of the floor. The Red Bird will be someone who can play a competitive program at the next level because of what Dwyer does on the defensive end of the floor. There is work she can do on the offensive end of the floor, but the effort will always stand out, and Dwyer plays with plenty of that.

[player_tooltip player_id='889686' first='Sophia' last='Remiker']

The talent has always been there for Remiker. She's slowly been putting some things together, and you can see flashes of brilliance. Remiker can grab a defensive rebound and fly up the floor in transition, play physically, be a threat on the perimeter, and defend multiple positions. She still has room to grow if she wants to reach her ceiling, but there are things to like.
