I was eager to see Aliah compete, and she did not disappoint on day one of our PGH Michigan State Tournament. Aliah has athleticism and a 6-foot frame that immediately shouts college prospect when she walks onto the court. Her interior footwork, finishing, and face-up driving abilities were on full display. She scored off two feet with great touch using both hands around the basket. Aliah pinned her defender deep with a strong, wide seal, caught the entry pass, and finished the layup with her left hand. She used a crossover and motored downhill for another layup, muscled her way into position to score an offensive rebound put back, and converted free throws with excellent form. Aliah was relentless in her pursuit of rebounds and an aggressive competitor. She is an outstanding forward prospect on the [program_tooltip program_id='714852' first='Ohio' last='Xtreme'] 16U.

Taylor has length, athleticism, and dynamic abilities that will make her a highly pursued guard. She's dangerous on the offensive end because she can get the edge to score with her speed, shoot outside, but also has great instincts to pass and create scoring for others first. Taylor beat a defender baseline off the dribble and made a great dump off assist. She grabbed a defensive rebound and jetted the length of the court for a fast break layup. Taylor dribbled with her eyes up and dished an assist on the money to Reece for two. Taylor buried multiple triples from the wing and had an outstanding first day for MBA UA Rise 2027 at our PGH Michigan State Tournament!

She impacted the game in all aspects. Alivia blocked shots, created scoring for others with her court vision, and drained multiple three-pointers with a smooth stroke.

Gabriella is a promising prospect, and she put that on display with MBA UA Rise 2027 on day one of our PGH Michigan State Tournament. Gabi was a perimeter threat, draining a smooth triple up top. She showed her downhill burst and toughness with a strong and-one layup, then added the free throw.

Karmea was an eye-catching guard for [program_tooltip program_id='1250867' first='Ballers' last='Elite'] 16U on day one of our PGH Michigan State Tournament. Her shifty handles, athleticism, and high effort were impossible to miss. Karmea pressured ball-handlers with her quick feet and long arms to force turnovers--she dove on the floor to compete for 50/50 balls. Karmea used crafty between-the-legs crossover dribble combinations and exploded through gaps to cause fouls, then knocked down her free throws. She scored layups with a burst to the rim, pursued rebounds, and made excellent decisions to kick the ball out to open shooters on the perimeter instead of forcing off-balanced shots. Karmea was a major stock riser on Saturday.

Savanna gave MBA UA Rise 2027 a competitive edge with her hustle and hard work inside on day one of our PGH Michigan State Tournament. She competed tooth and nail to deny entry passes into the post, created second chance scoring with her determination on the offensive glass, and cut hard to the basket to earn free throws--buried both with textbook shooting mechanics.

Mariah had a big first day for [program_tooltip program_id='1250867' first='Ballers' last='Elite'] 16U at our PGH Michigan State Tournament. She raced up the sideline with a burst for a coast-to-coast layup and scored many transition layups in top gear. Mariah constantly attacked gaps to score layups or get to the free-throw line. She blew by a defender down the baseline for another layup and showed skilled crossover dribbles that make her a challenge for defenders to stay in front of.

Abby is a guard I've been waiting for a long time to see in person, and I was thrilled to watch her with [program_tooltip program_id='1250867' first='Ballers' last='Elite'] 16U at our PGH Michigan State Tournament. Abby was a complete contributor for her team. She delivered strong overhead passes on the money to teammates and kept her hands active on defense to cause deflections and steals. Abby showed a shooter's touch when she knocked down multiple free throws and made quick decisions with the ball. Abby secured rebounds and attacked downhill with a hard drive to score a layup.

Madison has versatility that makes her a promising wing prospect for MBA UA Rise 2027. She absorbed contact and finished a strong layup off two feet. Madison pressured the ball in the backcourt and deflected it off her opponent for a turnover. To the opponent's disappointment, she kept pressuring them to cause turnovers all game. Madison finished another layup with a soft touch off the glass and was locked in from long distance, draining many 3-pointers throughout the day off the catch and the dribble. She had an outstanding first day at our PGH Michigan State Tournament.
