Shayla’s Peach Games Hidden Gems

The Peach Games had a lot of young stars that will be on everyone's scouting reports this summer. The skill set was beyond their age or grade and the young gunz put on a show. She is a magician with the basketball in her hands. She can shoot, make accurate passes and pressure up on defense. Great ballhandling skills which allow her to slash through the defense. Her energy is contagious as she gets everyone going on her team. Her ballhandling skills and her ability to get downhill left the defenders on skates. High IQ guard who goes hard on both ends of the floor and can score when needed. A player who can rattle off a triple double with points, assists and steals. Great footwork around the rim and can rebound with the best of them. A player that catches it high and keeps it high. Also knows how to read the defense and kick to her teammates relocating on the perimeter. A player that gets to the loose balls and knows how to get out in transition for shots at the rim. Her ability to shoot the mid-range jump shot keeps you guessing how to guard her as her quickness is her key asset. A player that runs rim to rim and puts pressure on the defense. Nice wingspan that allows her to defend every position and apply pressure. A player that can shoot the 3 ball with little space and knows to slash through the gap for scoring opportunities in the paint.
