Simply Memorial Day Invitational : Point Guard Report

This weekend up at the Simply Memorial Day Invitational up in Fresno there was a number of talented and recruitable guards battling it out. It was a great event to see the growth of known prospects, and to see some of the high level talent coming from underclassmen classes in California. Multi level scorer already that can finish on both sides of the rim and knock down from behind the arc. Works hard on defense; uses her size and athleticism to create deflections and chaos. Incredibly hard to keep in front, changes speed well, creative finisher around the rim + consistent floater. Lights out shooter from behind the arc, cannot give her any space! Showed a very natural pull up jumper from 15 in transition a number of times Saturday. Showed the ability to score in creative ways around the rim, including a very nice spin move to create space. Confident and efficient shooter from 3 off the bounce and catch. Isn't afraid to create contact, but does a great job playing on balance and off 2 feet.
