What amazing development Gamble has shown over the years. She went from a player that barely could get a basket to now averaging over 20ppg for Oliver Ames during the season. The 1000-point scorer means business. She's a thorough guard that gets to great attacking points before the defense can even expect her. Assists get racked up rapidly with Avery on the floor. She influences contagious ball movement and is then rewarded for the fluidity of the offense with a much more quality look. The most striking feature is the 3-point shooting though. Gamble can shoot it off the dribble, on the move, coming off various screens or even stationary, it doesn't matter. A high percentage longball shooter is enough to open anyone's eyes.

A 2-way combo guard that understands how to play effectively on both sides of the ball. Offensively, Ripley is a playmaker with well-grounded skills that has no problems getting off the ball. Renee works tremendously running off the off-ball screen actions and completing sharp dive-cuts to the basket. She sports a silky-smooth touch on takes at the rim plus she has a sound outside shot. Ripley also has amazing vison; she spots teammates early on and hits them with timely dishes. Defensively, Renee isn't afraid to guard players out on an island and makes the right play on the ball. She gives nice aid in the help-side position too. The steals she's able to come up with just make it easier for her to get into a flow, turning turnovers to easy transition points. Ripley is one to keep an eye on.

Hayden has the physical traits to go to war each time stepping out on the court. She has no problem throwing her body around and banging with the brutes downlow. McBean uses this explosive strength especially on the defensive side of the ball. She's someone who can roam around the paint in help or shutoff offensive minded forwards in isolation possessions. Rebounding is also an area she's proficient in; Hayden uses her frame to gather position and spring up above others to secure boards. Each time she hits the floor, she's giving 100%. McBean is one of the more relentless and lively competitors around.

A 2-way complementary frontcourt player that has x-factor tendencies. Solovian can really tip the scales in matchups and she certainly has an influence on winning games. Masha is intriguing on offense; she has no problems stretching the floor, extending bigs out the paint while still maintaining a feathery touch when she's around the rim. The 6'4 big brings tremendous value on defense though. Her length alone deters an abundance of shots taken. At the next level she can be a real gem with proper fostering and investing.

[player_tooltip player_id='481355' first='Charlotte' last='Jasmin'] (2026) | 5'9 Guard | MA Huskies

This year's VT Gatorade Player of the Year has too many accolades to name. It's a long list of accomplishments that shows exactly how dominate she really is. Charlotte is not only one of the more productive guards in her state, but the entire region. Her well-founded game allows her to create from just about anywhere. Jasmin understands how to have an impact with and without the ball in her hand while remaining remarkably efficient. The highly regarded '26 guard doesn't get rattled either. She'll take just about any shot as long as it makes sense for her, no matter the pressure. Her pure jumper allows her to be a factor in any matchup. Players guarding her are in for a rough time stopping her rock-solid abilities. Her play over the year certainly has garnered her some more respect and its likely Jasmin will be moving up considerably in the upcoming rankings.
