On the court progression is something else I talk and write about often because it's something I love to see, so here are a few that are showing me just that

Lott keeps showing me a WHOLE LOTT each time I see her play, and her energy on both ends has always stood out as she is another player who falls into that "you won't outwork me" group. She BATTLES for rebounds, scores over taller players, and her finishes after contact keep getting better. She also applies "on the ball" heat and scores off the dribble

Smith is smoothly elevating her status each time I see her because she already "gets it" and, even more importantly, she gives it her all on both ends. She uses her frame nicely inside the paint, her turnaround jumper looked good, so did her scoring around the basket, putbacks included. She also defended both inside and outside the paint

"Posi" is long and athletic, and that is and always will be the base. Her timing at this stage leaves me speechless as she comes out of nowhere to not only block shots but rebound as well. She plays the passing lane and handles the ball afterward. She scores off the dribble, finishing strongly after contact

Archie did a good job at the combo, and her handling the ball under pressure and understanding how to control the tempo will take her a long way. She scored off the dribble, her court vision was solid, and she gave me the "catch and shoot" from outside

Kuo falls into that #sizedontmatter group, and it doesn't matter because she can play. Let me start with her being "heady" and a perfect example is her getting positioning to rebound over taller players and go coast to coast to score. She also saw the floor, and her "threading the needle" in traffic was huge

Hart is a "long and athletic" guard, and that too is the base, but I'm digging her poise under pressure even more as she handles the ball and sees the floor with confidence. She's also going coast to coast to score after rebounding, her first step in the set has defenders cemented to the court as she scores off the dribble, and her defense has gotten better

Brown just finds new things to show me on the court, and yes, she can face the basket and drop the jumper or nail the "stop and pop" in transition buther deceptive first step created some problems for defenders as she attacked and finsihed after contact, nice body control played a part in that
