The next four or five days will be busy with Wisconsin's Elite Camp on Thursday morning and afternoon, followed by Summer Jam from this Friday to Sunday. I want to spend the next two days highlighting some kids I haven't discussed enough during the AAU season to my liking. At the end of the month, we'll highlight some names from around the state to know as we inch closer to the end of the AAU season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1039264' first='Taylor' last='Klingbeil']

The Medford rising junior had a breakout season in 24-25. Klingbeil was a reliable offensive option and scored from every level. She used her ability to handle the ball and play through contact to get to the basket and finish through contact. The Raider is a highly regarded player in the Great Northern Conference and is a kid that regional programs should watch play in the [program_tooltip program_id='713332' first='Team' last='Wisconsin'] group if they have the time.

[player_tooltip player_id='874378' first='Brooklynn' last='Lucassen']

I've been a fan of the Preble lead guard for some time. Lucassen led her team to a competitive season in the FRCC, and coaches in that conference had plenty of respect for what she brought to the floor. She has the poise to handle the ball under pressure, and she can score off the dribble. Lucassen is a creative kid who can generate open looks for herself and others. She plays for the [program_tooltip program_id='713127' first='Wisconsin' last='Legends'] State Team, so there may not be as much traffic, coaches-wise, at her games, but she's worth the watch.

Kylie Ver Bockel

You can't teach size, and Ver Bockel has plenty of that. The Kimberly forward had a solid run in the Papermakers rotation earlier this season when Krueger was out with an injury. Ver Bockel is a physical kid who can control the area around the basket and rebound on both ends of the floor. She also finishes around the basket and can step out and take a perimeter jumper if she's left alone.

[player_tooltip player_id='1045826' first='Hayley' last='Quinn']

After a sophomore season where Quinn earned all-conference honors in the Big Rivers Conference, she missed her junior season. I saw her back on the floor in Texas and still had a good feel for the game. The 5'10 wing is a creative kid who can attack off the dribble and create a shot for herself. Quinn will be a sought-after prospect because of her skill set and physical tools. There isn't much to dislike about her game.
