The Scholastic Live Period tips off on Thursday, and for the second year in a row, more teams are participating than the previous year. We'll highlight a few names to watch for coaches at every level before Summer Slam tips off over the next few days. I thoroughly enjoyed the event last year, as coaches from every level attended, and I expect it to be just as good, if not better than it was in 2024.

The Elkhorn forward is a versatile kid who can hurt teams as a playmaker. Lile excels at the high post by finding cutters, attacking the basket, and changing directions well against kids with size around the basket. The Elk also scores from all three levels and can play with the ball in her hands. There aren't many roles that Lile can't play on the offensive end of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='1265490' first='Autumn' last='Davis']

The junior from Spencer was a volume scorer last season. The Rocket has done an excellent job helping her team compete in games they may not have without her on their roster. Davis has been a solid shooter for Spencer in her time at Spencer and has been someone who could knock down multiple perimeter shots per game. She may not be a prominent name in her class, but she has the potential to play at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='457866' first='Teagan' last='Schoenecker']

The Oregon wing has been a productive kid in her first two seasons at the high school level. Schonenecker is an excellent finisher in the paint and can get to the basket almost whenever she wants. I thought she was among the top kids in the Badger-Larger last season and could be a kid who wins a Conference Player of the Year award next season. She's a scholarship-level player and could be a steal for someone at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='992482' first='Allie' last='Neuenfeldt']

The De Pere guard played a bench role for a talented Red Bird team last season. Neuenfeldt is a physical guard with the athleticism to beat FRCC defenders off the dribble and put pressure on the basket. She has the talent to be a productive kid at the high school level. She's also a versatile kid who can play multiple guard roles and has the strength to defend some kids who want to score around the basket. Neuenfeldt is a unique kid who could be a Swiss army knife.
