The Big Time tournament brought together some of the top local girls basketball teams, and the energy on the court didn't disappoint. While the competition was strong across the board, it was the backcourt players who truly stood out. Guards showed impressive skill, leadership, and hustle—controlling the pace, making key plays, and stepping up when it mattered most. Their backcourt brilliance was a major factor in shaping the outcome of the tournament.    Libby, a standout guard for Real, had an impressive showing at The Big Time tournament. Known for her quick hands and tenacious defense, she made life difficult for opposing ball handlers all weekend. With her AAU career now complete, it'll be exciting to see where she chooses to play at the next level. She consistently created her own shot, scored at all three levels, and delivered in clutch moments to keep her team competitive throughout. She has a smooth, composed style and consistently made smart decisions with the ball. Her vision in transition stood out, as she delivered crisp, timely passes that set her teammates up for easy scores. Stella's steady leadership and unselfish play were major factors in her team's success. She's a lights-out shooter who consistently punished defenses that gave her even a sliver of space. Beyond her shooting, she attacked the basket with confidence and showed great creativity as a playmaker. Logyn's all-around offensive game and sharp instincts made her a difference-maker all weekend. Her basketball IQ is exceptional—she sees the floor well, makes smart decisions, and always seems to be one step ahead of the play. Offensively, she's a reliable shooter from deep, and defensively, she's a constant disruptor with quick hands and sharp instincts. Whether on or off the ball, Makaila consistently puts herself in the right position to make an impact.
