Evans was hard to handle, so let me start with she's a "long and athletic" guard with a nice first step that sets the defender up so she can score off the dribble. Her court vision looked good across the board, but watching her rebound and go coast to coast and score was nice, so was her "on the ball" pressure, which included picking pockets, and she played the passing lane

Novicke isn't in the database, so I'm guessing I've never seen her. Yet she did a good job playing the passing lane, something I love seeing and that immediately grabbed my attention. Her "on the ball" pressure was solid, as was her timing to block shots. She also scored off the dribble and dropped the jumper, ala "catch and shoot". Her court vision was also solid

Kelly did a good job of setting the defender up using a deceptive first step and a slight HEZ to get by the defender, yet she also showed explosiveness to score, so mixing it up was nice. She also understands positioning, which helped her outrebound taller players; her "baseline to baseline" pressure was solid, and she played the passing lane

Franklin was another "long and athletic" guard who applied "on the ball" pressure in the set as well as in transition, but her diving on the floor for loose balls gets the #THROWBACK hashtag. She scored off the dribble, body control after contact was nice and helped play a part in that and she dropped the jumper

Mejia falls into that #sizedontmatter group I love to hashtag because she can play, and let me start with her being fearless on both ends. She attacked the basket to score, yet she also applied "on the ball" pressure. She did a good job of creating her shot under pressure, yet she also created spacing to get it off. Her "catch and shoot" was also solid

Elder was yet another "long and athletic" guard, and watching her "on the court" progression over the years has been a treat for me. I enjoy watching her score in the flow because she can facilitate and get others involved, yet she can also flip the switch and drop mid to very long range jumpers as well as blow by defenders and score off the dribble. Her "on the ball" pressure looked good, and she played the passing lane
