Every recruiting class has hidden gems who, despite their talent and impact, remain unsigned deep into their senior year. These players bring size, skill, and toughness to the floor, and each has the ability to make an immediate impact at the collegiate level. From dominant post players to versatile shooters and defensive anchors, these unsigned seniors are still on the board—and they could prove to be steals for the programs that pick them up.

[player_tooltip player_id='221613' first='Alyssa' last='Hallman'] is a skilled shooter with collegiate-level height, allowing her to get her shots off cleanly. She moves well off screens and DHOs, making her a strong fit in a system built on constant ball movement to create open looks. Defensively, she brings a high motor—blocking shots, forcing turnovers, and playing the gaps effectively off the ball. Alyssa's versatility and effort on both ends of the floor will allow her to thrive in her role at the next level and contribute to winning basketball for whichever program she joins.

[player_tooltip player_id='865383' first='Jadore' last='Hayes'] is a physically dominant post who uses her strength and footwork to wear opponents down. She plays with confidence and knows how to use her size to establish position inside. Hayes can drop-step and finish over either shoulder, making her difficult to defend. She rebounds well, quickly looks for outlet passes, and then runs the floor to get the ball back in transition off a pass or a missed shot. Her footwork is a strength, as she effectively utilizes jab steps and triple-threat moves when facing up. Hayes' ability to score both with her back to the basket and while facing up makes her a valuable addition to any program at the next level.

(Cover Photo) [player_tooltip player_id='1223016' first='Leah' last='Barker'] is still available and will be a steal for any program needing size and mobility. This 6'5" center plays with aggression, runs the floor well, and has a soft touch around the rim. Leah is also a rebounding machine who actively goes after boards instead of waiting for them to come to her. Offensively, she keeps the ball high to prevent smaller guards from stripping it and secures entry passes without bringing the ball down. Defensively, she knows how to play straight up without fouling and blocks shots effectively without swinging down. She also battles for position, sealing her defenders and forcing them into uncomfortable situations since most are not close to her height. Her ability to create extra possessions and protect the rim without getting into foul trouble makes her an instant-impact player at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='248645' first='Sofia' last='Rathbun'] is a guard who plays physically and aggressively on both ends of the floor. Offensively, she doesn't need flashy moves to get to her spots—her ability to keep it simple and reach the rim or her mid-range spots within 3–5 dribbles is next level. She excels at getting into her defender's hip pocket and dictating where she wants to go, which is impressive to watch. Defensively, she is a full-court defender who applies relentless on-ball pressure, forcing ball handlers to pass quickly to avoid a five-second count—or simply wearing them down with her constant havoc. While Sofia has plenty of skills that translate to the next level, it is her gritty, grind-mode mentality that stands out the most. Put her in a tough situation, and she will find a way to fight her way out.

[player_tooltip player_id='847610' first='Allevia' last='Williams'], a 6-foot guard, has received several offers but is still available for the right fit. If college coaches are looking for a tall guard who can shoot—especially from deep—and use her length to get her shot off over defenders with ease, Williams is a strong option. But scoring isn't all she does. She is aggressive on defense, using her length to force turnovers and create jump-ball situations, and she is also one of the better shot-blocking guards in the state, with excellent timing at the top of shots. Williams thrives in transition as well, pushing the ball and finding open teammates quickly for easy points. Her ability to both score and defend makes her ready to be a true two-way guard at the next level, ensuring she can still make an impact offensively even when her shot isn't falling.

[player_tooltip player_id='514572' first='Laila' last='Allen'] already has a few offers but has not yet committed. If colleges are looking for a fast guard who can handle the ball and use her speed as a weapon by playing with pace and attacking gaps with intention and aggressiveness, Allen is the guard for you. Not only does she have athleticism, but she also has strong basketball IQ and great footwork. When her speed doesn't work, she knows how to move the ball and use gaps to get to her spots, while her strength allows her to draw fouls, put opposing teams in foul trouble, and add points to the scoreboard. This travel season, she showed improvement in her mid-range pull-up—a necessity at the next level since you can't always get to the rim. These abilities prove she is ready to compete at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='216442' first='Tatyana' last='Campise-Pinkney'] has multiple offers ranging from Division I to JUCO. At this moment, she has yet to make a decision, but if programs are looking for a consistent shooter who can also handle ball pressure, Tatyana is a great choice. Her ability to create her own shot off the dribble makes her reliable in big moments, and she also excels at shooting off the catch and screens, allowing her to play both on and off the ball at the next level. Defensively, she is no slouch—vocal off the ball and a menace on the ball. With the agility to move side to side and the strength to keep her matchups in front of her, she has the tools to earn minutes early at the next level.
