The following fifteen influence the game in unique ways, helping their teams achieve success in the process. They know how to get things done when their number is called on! They rank among the state's very best when it comes to making an immediate impact.

[player_tooltip player_id='559069' first='Jordyn' last='Hollawell'] | Manasquan

With Jordyn, it's a combination of offense and defense. Her jumper from the elbow is one of the most consistent shots in her arsenal and helped Squan to a lot of wins last season. On the other side of things, her defensive prowess and ability to lock down in the most important moments makes her a dangerous two-way guard. She can be counted on to get a stop when it matters most.

[player_tooltip player_id='559133' first='Erin' last='Reid'] | Rumson-Fair Haven

Her ability to finish through contact is exceptional. She is arguably one of the best in NJ at absorbing contact on the drive and powering through for the and-1. She also wreaks havoc around the perimeter and is very disruptive to pick off passes.

[player_tooltip player_id='831437' first='Khalia' last='Lewis'] | OLMA

If all else fails, you can count on Khalia to rebound her tail off! Very Angel Reese-like the way she reads the ball off the rim and skies up to secure the board. At 6'0", she pulls down rebounds over much taller players nightly. One of, if not the best rebounders in the state the last two seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id='559044' first='Synai' last='Blychanton'] | Red Bank Regional

One of the top three rebounding guards in the state, in my professional opinion. You'd never know she was 5'9" by just checking out her stats on paper! Her fearlessness [on the glass] is something that sets her apart from so many other players across NJ.

[player_tooltip player_id='982746' first='Hayley' last='DeKok'] | Hightstown

Hayley's knockdown 3-point shooting made waves in Year 1. She banged in 77 triples in just 28 games, shooting it at a very high clip! Her bread & butter and a shot that gets opponents out of sorts, she goes on a heater very early in games and never really cools off!

[player_tooltip player_id='981887' first='Giovanna' last='Burress'] | DePaul

Gi is most devastating off the bounce. Her impact is felt far and wide once she puts the ball on the deck, it's game over! Her ability to slash to the rim using a quick first step and tremendous ball control is a thing of beauty. Just so skilled!

[player_tooltip player_id='559820' first='Addy' last='Platt'] | Gill St. Bernard's

Addy's versatility is something that's gotten more dangerous as the years have gone on. She was a problem at Pope John and an even bigger one at GSB! Multi-level scoring playing the 1-3, using her length to rebound & intercept passes and putting her court vision on full display dishing out impressive dimes, Addy gets the job done. Period.

[player_tooltip player_id='789189' first='Brooke' last='Stagliano'] | Paul VI

Scorching hot 3-point shooting has taken Brooke to new heights. Parking lot range at a high clip, her 3 ball is lethal spotting up and off the catch. Name a more devastating sharpshooter in NJ. I'll wait...

[player_tooltip player_id='559041' first='Tessa' last='Liggio'] | Red Bank Catholic

It's the court vision for me! She sees the court remarkably well, better than most in the entire state. Her passing in transition is superb, dishing out perfectly placed outlet passes for quick-hitting offense. If you're open, she'll find you. Even if it's through the smallest of gaps in the defense!

[player_tooltip player_id='919624' first='Nawel' last='Ibazatene Lefebvre'] | Morristown

Nawel's impact was felt all the way overseas in her native France this summer! Competing with the U15 squad, she took her Swiss-Army knife versatility with her and was one of the most efficient players at the Annual Friendship Tournament. Her length, quickness and inside-out scoring allows her to play positionless basketball at a high level.

[player_tooltip player_id='601341' first='Sophia' last='Georgiades'] | Rutgers Prep

Her speed and transition game are important pieces to RP's puzzle. When Sophia gets out ahead of the pack, it's difficult to catch up. The defense to offense conversion starts with scrappy hands and ends with blazing paths to the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='835906' first='El-Anita' last='Joe-Samuel'] | Lenape

Anita's physicality and hard-nosed style of basketball sets the tone every game. From the first whistle to the last, she keeps a fearless demeanor and is in full attack mode. On drives and on the glass, she's coming full throttle!

[player_tooltip player_id='871374' first='Sophie' last='Lane'] | Westfield

At 6'0", her length is problematic for so many! She's impactful playing around the rim and does a tremendous job crashing the offensive glass. Defending inside and out, she is effective protecting the paint area and stretching out to put pressure on the ball and disrupt passing lanes.

[player_tooltip player_id='835485' first='Addison' last='Keenan'] | Caldwell

A combination of sharp court vision and sniper-like 3-point shooting makes Addy both impactful and dangerous in the back court. Her timing on passes is impeccable, as is her placement. Her long-range 3 balls come off a quick release from several feet behind the arc.

[player_tooltip player_id='825463' first='Rhyan' last='Watt'] | West Orange

Defense, defense, defense! One of the most suffocating on-ball defenders in the state, Rhyan does a great job turning opponents over at a remarkable rate. She clamps down and keeps her eyes on the prize, with quick hands and even quicker anticipation.
