[player_tooltip player_id='899568' first='Kaylee' last='Jines'] comes in at #32 in the 2027 Ranking. That is a very respectable position, but she is aiming for much higher.

Jines had a remarkable sophomore season with the Lady Greyhounds, being named to the all-conference and all-state teams while having the highest 2-point field goal percentage on her team. She also averaged the most blocks, most rebounds, and took the most charges out of all of her teammates.

She clearly showed out defensively, especially when she recorded 6 blocks against Mammoth Spring in December of last season, which was not long after swatting 4 shots against Riverside. Defense is her calling card, but she is also great on the offensive end, as she can slash through the defense and score with ease inside.

[player_tooltip player_id='899568' first='Kaylee' last='Jines'] is one of the best two-way forwards in the 2027 class, and I think she will have another great season in 2024-25.

[player_tooltip player_id='1244344' first='Jakayla' last='Stephens'] should certainly be ranked higher.

Stephens has already attracted Division I attention, despite playing for 2A-8 Hampton, but that is thanks to the ability to contribute on both ends of the floor. Offensively, she scores with ease in the post. She can finish through contact with her strength and athleticism.

On the other end, Stephens uses her 6'1" frame to her advantage. She is a great rebounder who can grab dozens of boards a night. She can also block shots at a high rate, effectively locking down the painted area.

[player_tooltip player_id='1244344' first='Jakayla' last='Stephens'] recently joined the Tennessee Flight, a highly successful AAU squad. I imagine her production with them will translate seamlessly to this upcoming season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1093296' first='Lauren' last='McCredy'] has now been an all-conference player for the Lady Saints for the last two seasons, and she still has two years of high school left to go. Her early success on the court, as well as her play with the [program_tooltip program_id='715977' first='AAO' last='Flight'], is starting to attract colleges.

McCredy averaged 11 points and 8 rebounds per game last season for Shiloh Christian, scoring a good portion of her points in the paint. She is an excellent slasher who can get inside and finish through traffic. Her 6'0" frame allows her to score over any defender.

McCredy can step out and knock down threes consistently. She is great off the catch, but if the defense runs her off the perimeter, she can drive inside and create her offense. On the other end of the floor, McCredy's length comes in handy again, as she can swat shots away.

[player_tooltip player_id='1093296' first='Lauren' last='McCredy'] is a phenomenal all-around player who has already been offered by Ouachita Baptist. Expect plenty more offers to come her way very soon.

Jada "Juice" Crawford recently transferred from Mills to historic Central High School in Little Rock. The Lady Tigers won the 6A championship in 2024, and after losing a good portion of their talent, they will rely upon Crawford's abilities.

Crawford is an excellent finisher. She absorbs contact, and with her 6'3" frame, there is no one who can block her shots. The forward is great on the block, able to post up her defender and go to work. She can spin and shoot a baby hook, but she can turn and shoot a fade-away jumper. Her game is versatile when she is in the post.

On the other end of the floor, Crawford is a great rebounder and defender who is determined to lock down the paint.

We have not seen the full potential of [player_tooltip player_id='1180646' first='Jada' last='Crawford'] yet, but with new scenery, she should be an incredible fixture on an up-and-coming Central team. Jackson State and St. Clair College certainly think so, as they sent her offers this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1244359' first='Peyton' last='Stovall'] is flying up the ranking, but she is still not high enough, as the Lyon College commit should be one of the top bigs in 1A this coming year.

Stovall balled out with the Arkansas Warriors this summer, proving that she is a great rebounder and defender. She knows how to effectively box out, and she grabs every board in her sight, while also playing tough defense in the post.

On offense, Stovall is a great post scorer, taking on contact with ease whenever she goes up for a shot. She can also step out of the paint and hit some short jump shots or jump hooks.

[player_tooltip player_id='1244359' first='Peyton' last='Stovall'] is still underrated despite her college commitment, so keep an eye on her.
