To be a, “Stock-Riser”, means a few things depending on how you look at it but the most important factor in my opinion is that the prospect is continuously putting in meaningful work in their off-time and that work is translating to the floor in real game-time. In this piece, we cover five individuals out of this 2026 Class in Nebraska, that have embodied what it means to be a Stock-Riser these past few months.

[player_tooltip player_id='759113' first='Justine' last='Tcheuhchoua'] had a major AAU season this past six months on the road with her NHE 17U [program_tooltip program_id='713325' first='Elite' last=''] team. This season helped JT bring in a a handful of D1 offers because of her production at the Forward position. JT demonstrated that she can really do whatever is asked of her for her position. She can dominate with her size and muscle mass next to the bucket as a physical bully, she can hit any defender with a counter move on either side of the basket, and she can even attack from further out if need be. Defensively, she holds her own between the blocks. She wall's up quickly and she understands to stay disciplined when people try to [player_tooltip player_id='902895' first='fake' last=''] her out. All of these skills combine to create a prospect with a lot of potential and promise. Skills that will translate to that D1 level one day.

[player_tooltip player_id='502331' first='Hadley' last='Walsh'] is such an interesting prospect because she has great size, a great understanding for the of the game, and a lot of smarts to pair along with it. She is labeled as a PG but she is more of a CG than anything else right now because of how versatile she can be on both sides of the ball. She can play multiple spots right now and defend multiple spots as well. Walsh has slowly added to her game over the years. She has added some assisting abilities, some different scoring moves, and she has learned to work smarter than harder when possible. I'm expecting a big Winter ahead at Pender High School to close off her high school career. A school that if they play to their full capabilities as a program over the next six months, they should be favorited to win another State Title before you know it.

Concordia keeps locking in really talented prospects out of Nebraska. Their 2026 Class in STACKED with talent and that talent is going to help them to new heights over the next 4-5 years. Someone in this conversation that just committed to them is [player_tooltip player_id='1153871' first='Maci' last='Pittenger'] of Lincoln Christian High School. Pittenger is a PG/SG with a D1 level shooting ability off the catch from deep. This AAU season Pittenger light the nets on fire, being a top option for her team whenever they competed. She also demonstrated that she can get to her spots off the dribble, that she loves physical play, and that she has extreme body control with her athletic ability while attacking the bucket. There is a lot to like from Pittenger in general. She is going to be a killer this Winter and for years to come so just sit back, relax, and watch the show.

I am very curious to see what comes of [player_tooltip player_id='871243' first='Madalyn' last='Dolliver'] over her collegiate career. Dolliver, a D2 committed SG, is one of the state's premier three point shooters. Last Winter she put together the most made three pointers out of ANYONE in the state, while helping her team lock in a State Championship. This Winter competition will have a chance to lock in on Dolliver a little more now that her older sister is gone. Teams will be able to lock in as Dolliver as the main threat for her team from deep so it'll be interesting to see how they adapt to that. If they play their cards right, they will be able to use this to their advantage but we will see.
