on Millard West High School. Paben is a talented SF, that is successfully continuing to grow her game in her down-time. This past AAU season Paben put the audience on notice on her circuit, posting impactful stat lines while making some noteworthy plays on both sides of the basketball. Following that, she took some college tours and ended up committing to the University of Minnesota. This commitment takes a lot of pressure off of the prospect’s shoulders, letting her focus on her Senior season at hand. Paban has proven that she is a next level producer. She has touch, size and coordination, balance, athletic ability, and she isn’t afraid to be physical with anyone near the bucket. She checks off a lot of boxes that evaluators would have for her position and that’s why she should continue to be successful as she continues to perform.

will return as the life force in the middle of the lane for Millard West as they attempt to return as Class A Champs over the next few months. Paben, the Minnesota WBB commit, is a handful under the hoop at 6’1. She possesses touch, coordinated balance, adaptability, and a ton of promise looking towards her future. Offensively whenever she has her back-to-the basket with some time, she is usually going to score it. She knows how to adapt in a split second and she is also a fairly good passer/facilitator to those open around her when she is doubled or overplayed. All in all, it’ll be tough for Millard West to repeat once again but that’s not due to a lack of effort. Paben will do her thing and average solid numbers until she graduated, then the real challenge starts to begin once she steps onto the hardwood for the Gophers.

comes in as our #1 rated prospect for this 2026 Class moving into her final year on the high school floor. Paben set the world on fire the past six months on the road with her
Nebraska Attack
UA program. These showings helped her secure a ton of D1 offers prior to committing to Minnesota to end the summer. If you want a post with size, strength, knowledge, and adaptability at 6’1 – look no further, this is that prospect. At Millard West this Winter, this is who is going to be their main source of production on and off the ball. If she plays to her full capabilities, she should put together a Winter to remember before you know it.

is off the board to Minnesota as the Gophers make the big pickup moving into this Fall season. Paben finished her AAU career off on a strong note, dominating her competition near the bucket on both sides of the ball on the UA Circuit. Offensively, Paben is skilled enough to hit her opponents with a number of counter moves if she is cut off or she can just go through smaller/weaker individuals that might stand in her way. I could see Paben being productive at the college level sooner than you think. She possesses all the attributes to continue to grow in this game as she gets older so we will just have to see where she takes things moving into her Senior season with Millard West this upcoming Winter.

stays on top in the #1 spot for this Update. Paben, a 6’1 SF, has received multiple D1 offers the past few months because of her production on the UAA Circuit at a national level. Her height plays to her advantage in most situations and that should be a constant throughout the rest of her career. When she pairs that along with her strength and willingness to physically scrap with anyone near the hoop, you get a producer at some pretty efficient rates. Paben should continue to bring in D1 offers until she commits, she has been really good recently but that’s nothing new if you know what’s up.

“Paben had a great day at showing off her versatility on both ends of the floor. She stretched things out on offense by hitting some three point attempts but she also controlled the paint whenever she was rolling towards the bucket between the blocks. Defensively she was someone that others had to worry about or else their possession would end in a blocked shot or altered attempt.”

last week for receiving two more P4 offers from the next level. Well Paben is following that up by going to work this weekend on the road. She was controlling the paint, boxing out and rebounding at a high-rate on offense and defense, she is defending like her life depends on it causing a lot of trouble for their opponents to get a clean look in the paint, and she is playing with a lot of emotion to help lead her team in every definition of the word. If Paben continues to put in some dedicated and calculated work, she is only going to continue to get better with experience.

The #1 2026 recruit out of the state of Nebraska picked up two Division-1 offers this past week with how well she has been playing this AAU season. Those offers being from Cornell and St. Bonaventure. Paben is ranked #1 for a reason. She has size, athletic ability, physicality, smarts, touch, and a ton of skill at 6’1. She can kill you with her back to the basket, she can move and catch out of the mid post for an attack, or she can be used in the screen and roll game. It’s really whatever you want from her as a coach. Defensively, she has an act for jumping to the ball at a high rate with a better than average reaction time and she is someone that gets a lot of blocks near the paint when opponents don’t pay attention to her. These are two great offers for Paben and I’m sure there is more to come.

. Paben stands at 6’1 and she is a versatile prospect at her height. She isn’t the fastest in her movement but she makes long strides, has a coordinated and balanced ability at all three offensive levels, and she can impact things with her length on the defensive end at a steady rate. Everytime that I’ve seen Paben compete, she has been an avid producer on both ends for her squads. Doesn’t matter if that’s at the high school level or on the AAU scene. Everytime she is someone that other programs have to account for and that’s a major reason as to why she takes a step up here. It’ll be interesting to see what she can do this Winter at MW. If she plays to her full potential and the other stars around her show up, they should have a really nice chance of going back-to-back as Class A State Champs.

from Millard West High School and
Nebraska Attack
AAU. Paben is a 6’1 Forward, with size, physicality, touch, balanced coordination, and great footwork. Not to mention, she is also very intelligent when it comes to angles, her duties on the floor, and knowing where she excels against her competition. Offensively, she can handle her own in middle or she can step up for a screen-and-pop play in the midrange with her picture perfect shot form. Defensively, she is productive and versatile. She is very good at protecting the middle but at the same time, she can switch if need be to someone smaller and do a good job of staying in front of them. I’ll tell you now, if Paben has a sensational start to her Junior season and Dolliver in the #1 spot stays on sidelines due to injury, it is going to be a tough debate moving into our next Update in December. That’s for sure.
