I've been doing this for a very long time, and it doesn't take me forever to realize what I'm looking at. It's a gift, yet at times it's a curse because many won't get it for a variety of reasons, but here's the deal. When you step on the court, your goal should be to be one of, if not the best, player out there, so challenge yourself and don't get caught up in social media nonsense. I'm sure Making Moves will copy this ranking and place it on a graphic, yeah, people do that, ot Woods will drop what I write into Chat GPT to rewrite it, but always remember, I base things on what I see, so here ya go

Monroe is one of those players who has several intangibles, starting with she's "long and athletic", which is the base, and I say that over and over for a reason, and she stands at "the magic number". She caught my attention playing up on the PGH Circuit, as well as playing with her age group, and even though she was slightly injured, she sold me back then. At the PGH Freshman Showcase, she went off in the 3-on-3, which was no surprise, and my colleague @pghrimidies gave her take from the games see evaluation here. The biggest thing is her UPSIDE, as I see her moving up the list in the not-too-distant future

Johnson is also "long and athletic" and just a shade under "the magic number" but watching her intensity off the top in the 3 on 3 at the PGH Freshman Showcase and had me smiling as she went AFTA everything off the rim as well as on the floor. In fact, I dropped the #THROWBACK hashtag on her because I love things you can't teach, and those things, plus playing the passing lane fall into my DESIRE category. She continued to separate herself during games as @playerrimidies dropped something as well see evaluations here

Ezeagwu-Milanzi is another #THROWBACK player I caught at the PGH Freshman Showcase because even though she falls into that #sizedontmatter group, I always say "it doesn't matter when you can play" and although she's undersized, she plays taller by simply getting after it, and her powerful finishes inside the paint took me back to another era. She also applied heat defensively and did a good job picking pockets for steals, @playerrimidies also had a great look at her see evaluation here

Batac was another player who JUST DID IT for me in the 3 on 3 at the PGH Freshman Showcase as she simply brought so much energy not only there, but in the 5 on 5 that it trickled down to her teammates, and if you know anything about the game, you know that's huge. She followed her shot, created havoc on defense to cause turnover, picked pockets, played the passing lane, scored multiple ways, and just kept coming. Oh yeah, #sizedontmatter group see evaluations here

Ternet rhymes with Burnett, as in Carol, and she too, is on her way to being a hit after yet another solid showing, this time at the PGH Freshman Showcase. I love her poise under pressure, handling the ball as well as creating her shot, and dropping it because she understands how to score in the flow, as well as taking games over offensively. Her deceptive first step, coupled with nice body control, aids in her finishing after contact, but she also scores around the basket, as well as facing it and dropping it. She also does a good job rebounding and defending, solid upside, see evaluations here

Moore gave me a good look at the Girls TABC Showcase, see evaluation here and an even better one at the PGH Freshman Showcase, where she stood out in both the 3 on 3 as well as 5 on 5. She's a "long and athletic guard" that too is also the base, and did a good job maneuvering past defenders in the open court. I mentioned how her court vision has gotten even better, as well as her finishing, but mixing it up with the pull-up jumper, or the "stop and pop" kept the defender guessing, see evaluation here
