I attended the Expo up in Appleton, Wisconsin. I'll begin going through a handful of teams that I watched play today and highlighting the players I observed throughout the morning and early afternoon. I thought it was a productive day, seeing some players from around the state, and I found it to be my most enjoyable Expo since I first attended the event in 2021. Today, we'll look at Team Seven and discuss the players from that unit.

[player_tooltip player_id='1252163' first='Joyce' last='Duris']

Duris is a player who can knock down shots from the perimeter when she's on the floor. She is a talented spot shooter who could utilize her threat on the perimeter to help her earn a spot at the next level. I also believe that she has the potential to reach another level over the next few years as she continues to develop.

[player_tooltip player_id='1305060' first='Carly' last='Pankratz']

I liked how well Pankratz got up and down the floor in transition to make plays at the rim. I thought she saw the floor well when she had the ball in her hands. I also loved how confident she was with the ball and the choices she made to distribute the ball on the offensive end.

[player_tooltip player_id='732637' first='Sydney' last='Michalkiewicz']

The Neenah native is a player who has impressed with [program_tooltip program_id='712778' first='Purple' last='Aces'] the last few years and could step into a more prominent role with the Rockets this coming season. The lefty has shown she can make plays on both ends of the floor. I like her confidence to shoot from the perimeter and knock down multiple shots. Her athleticism will also help her make plays on the defensive end of the floor. She will be a player who will impress people in the Fox Valley this coming winter, and could contribute to another deep run for the Rockets in the postseason.

[player_tooltip player_id='1134483' first='Gwenn' last='Elliott']

The Kohler native is a talented kid who can make plays on both ends of the floor. Elliott is a versatile player who can handle the ball and make plays for others on the offensive end of the floor. She's an excellent passer who can defend at a high level and guard multiple positions on any given possession. She will be a player who will draw plenty of attention from scholarship-level programs at the next level because of her physical tools and skill set. There is a lot to like in her game.
