2029 Watchlist: Hot Starts

She's already has a career high of 29 points. And it's only November of her freshman year. Her ability to stretch the floor is her primary weapon. But she's also sneaky off the bounce. With good finishing touch via difficult angles to score against taller foes. Started her career last week with an 11 point performance, including two three pointers in the second half of a tight contest. Shoots it clean and quickly. Did not looking phased by the moment. They're rolling teams by an average scoring margin of 44 points. And the energy the freshman is bringing off the bench is a part of their relentless winning. Has quick hands to force steals and isn't afraid to get on the floor for loose balls either. She's a tenacious and tough defender. Gets up and guards like it's fun, making life very tough on opposing ball handlers. Even got a block in her first game. Displayed similar court awareness on offense, with a blend of scoring and passing. She was in double figures with 10 points, but the highlights indicate she did more than score. Ran down loose balls, hustled for boards. Pushed the tempo off some of those boards with the vision and mission to set up teammates. Scrappy guard, who looks like a "bet on production" player down the road.
