First impression when watching Shelby play is that this young does not mind scrapingp and plays 100% between the lines. Understood how to create gaps on offense by cutting through when dribbled at. I liked the fact that she is always moving without the ball. Either backdoor cutting when over played or sneaking behind the defense when backs are turned. Best part of her game is she is a downhill driver that does not mind taking on contact at the rim.
Young guard, that has developed through the Dale system understand what it will take to find court as a freshman on a state tournament type team. Defense will find her in the rotation.
