Devin’s State Title Predictions: Class 1A

<p>With the season beginning very soon, here are my state title contenders in the 1A class. I will also be predicting each classes state champion in these series of articles. </p>

<p><strong><em>Class 1A:</em></strong></p>

<p>Bellevue Christian won the state title last season and with Kings losing in the state championship. Both of those teams will feature a lot of the same key players as last season, making them both have another chance at winning it this season. Lynden Christian got third last year and have a few players returning. Zillah got 4th last year and Annie Wright finished 5th. I think all 5 of those teams have a chance at winning it all this season, here's the case for a few of them. </p>

<p><strong>Bellevue Christian</strong> - This team only lost 2 games all of last season and will be returning a kew players who played massive roles on the team. [player_tooltip player_id='928029' first='Kiana' last='Skogstad'] will be back after leading the team last year and being a player who can score from all 3 levels. [player_tooltip player_id='1048798' first='Rocklyn' last='Osborn'] will be entering her senior year and is a post player who makes a big impact. Lili Meissner is a quick guard who facilitates the offense smoothly and gets buckets with ease.</p>

<p><strong>Kings </strong>- Kings will be a title contender again with [player_tooltip player_id='585032' first='Kaleo' last='Anderson'] entering her senior year. She is an elite player who can carry the team and dominate the 1A class smoothly. They are still a young team and will have other key playwers learn their roles as the season goes on. Eleanor Gaydoes is one of those players to keep an eye on as the season goes on.</p>

<p><strong>Lynden Christian </strong>- The Lyncs are one of the most dominant teams in the history of the WIAA, having over 12 state championship wins in their career. [player_tooltip player_id='584240' first='Ella' last='Fritts'] has been able to carry this team over the past couple seasons and the Biola signee should be able to do it again.[player_tooltip player_id='1151408' first='Tyra' last='Dykstra'] is a younger player to keep an eye on for the Lyncs</p>
