After highlighting the top ten players in the updated 2026 rankings, I want to highlight a few players left in the class who haven't announced their plans to play at the next level. Today, we'll highlight eight uncommitted seniors heading into their final season of high school basketball.

I briefly mentioned the Dominican when discussing the Knights' upcoming season as a whole. Love is a quick player who can beat opposing defenders off the dribble at any time. She is also a threat to score in bunches in any game she plays, and has the confidence to shoot whenever she finds herself in space. I feel she has been slightly underestimated because her team hasn't wanted to play up-tempo to give themselves the best chance to win games. She is someone who could make things happen at the next level when the pace of play picks up for her.

[player_tooltip player_id='533082' first='Libby' last='Gilmore']

A knee injury cost her the opportunity to play in her junior season, but she returned in the AAU season and improved as the summer went on. Gilmore has always been a talented defender. Her coaches entrusted her to defend some of the most talented guards and wings opposing teams had, and she excelled in that role when her Arrowhead team won a Division 1 State title in 2024. Gilmore is a player who may not always fill up box scores, but she plays winning basketball, and coaches have a hard time taking her off the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='842209' first='Aspen' last='Abel']

The Notre Dame wing is among the most versatile players in Wisconsin. Abel is a player who can play any offensive role end and can pass the ball at a high level. There will be Triton possessions this winter when she could initiate the offense and play in the post with her back to the basket. There aren't many players like her in Wisconsin, and I have a hard time believing she couldn't find a role at a scholarship-level program.

[player_tooltip player_id='509716' first='Sage' last='Miskel']

The Whitefish Bay guard has had to alter her play style since she first arrived in high school. She was a ball-dominant lead guard who created off the dribble for her Blue Dukes team. However, as more talented guards entered the Blue Dukes' ranks, she became a player who does the dirty work, flying around the defensive end and rebounding at a high level. She is a gifted athlete who plays hard on both ends of the floor, and her effort will help her carve out a role somewhere.
