[player_tooltip player_id='1309144' first='Vayden' last='Epp'] is one of the reasons that Alma High School will make the State Tournament over the next three months. Epp would be considered one of Alma's "big three" when it comes to their guard play. They have two other stars at the PG position and Epp plays off of that as a SG. At this time I would say that Epp is the third offensive option out of these three but that's okay. All three are studs with great numbers production wise and that's all that matters as they continue to win. Epp is a coordinated prospect, that is not afraid of physicality. She loves to attack off the catch with her solid dribble going either direction toward the bucket. In this Update, we have Epp's taking over the #20 spot out of the 2028 Class. She has still has some room to grow but this is a great place to be in moving into 2026.

The coordination and knowledge of the game that [player_tooltip player_id='1315421' first='Lily' last='Hansmeier'] possesses is impressive for her age group. Hansmeier would be considered a SG over everything else but she can also bring up the ball as a starting PG if need be. Hansmeier has put together some respectable contests so far this Winter with Lincoln-Standing Bear High School. She has been staying aggressive, she is choosing her spots wisely, and she is seeing consistent production because of that. Lincoln SB has some impressive guard play at this time and Hansmeier is apart of that. She might not be someone who kills you with flash but she definitely will kill you with fundamentals and that is something she can continue to build on as she gets older. For now though, Hansmeier comes in at #26.

We haven't been able to see [player_tooltip player_id='885240' first='Ally' last='Wilber'] and her full potential just yet but I think that is still coming. Wilber competes for the power-house that is Millard West High School so over the past year or so, it's been slim pickings for any underclassmen coming off of their State-title run last season but now that has changed. Now we have some younger prospects getting opportunities so we should see Wilber a few more times this Winter as she competes. Over the year's this is a prospect that grown in her game. She has consistently put in work so she could be ready when her number is called and that time is coming.

There is a lot of potential out of [player_tooltip player_id='1192528' first='Jazzlin' last='Hess'] of Morrill High School, located out of the West side of the state. Hess is another guard that isn't going to kill her opponent with flash but with simple moves. She does a great job of understanding angles and how to attack her defender's hips when looking to get into the teeth of the defense. Hess does a constant job of staying on her toes on both offense and defense. She knows what needs to be done in specific situations and she is willing to do anything to accomplish that. This is till a young prospect in several ways but there is some promise here. She just needs to stay dedicated.

There are a lot of questions to be answered about [player_tooltip player_id='1153934' first='Jayde' last='Kreifels'] of Logan View High School. Questions that we don't have to answer about Kreifels are pertaining to her natural height and athletic ability as a competitor. Coming in a 6'0 as a Sophomore is noteworthy in itself but when you add athletic ability and a soft touch on the ball like Kreifels possesses, it's eye-opening to say the least. We would need to see her on the floor with some skilled others to be able to fully understand what she can do and what her weaknesses might be but you can only do so much as a high school player so she will continue to play the schedule that is in front of her, dominating as much as she can over the next few months.
