Stewart is dominant, talented, and she knows how to control an offense. She poured in over 30 points against a tough Nitro squad to help her team come out on top. Kennedy continues to be one of the toughest guards on the court at all times. She plays with physicality and her time in the weight room shows. She is automatic from behind the arc. Which stat line do you like better? She scored a career high 36 points in a win over South Harrison. In the South Harrison win, she also added 7 rebounds, 7 steals, and 4 assists. In a win over Doddridge County, Brynn scored 22 points, added 7 rebounds, 5 assists, and 1 steal. In the most recent win, she scored 31 points, and filled up an entire stat sheet. Brynn is the definition of consistent! She poured in 28 points in the win! In a previous win over Capital, Seneca scored 24 points. She is definitely a top scorer, but never over look her passing ability. Heller continues to make the correct reads to her teammates. She is a strong ball handler with a great understanding of the game. Mya poured in 22 points, added 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 blocks, and 4 steals in one game to start the season. James Monroe has started out 2-0 and I am not surprised. Dunlap continues to be one of the best versatile athletes in the state. She does it all at a very high level. She has the ability to shoot from anywhere on the floor. She has a nice quick release! You can plug her in on anyone defensively because she can disrupt any team's offense. She is the athlete that can score fast and in bunches. Jayce also led all scorers with 34 points in a close win over Herbert Hoover. She's an impressive two-way athlete! Gregg Popovich once stated, "Defense is a choice, not a chore." Sammons is a great defender with one of the highest motors.
