Charlottesville Show Down: Norfolk Christian versus Miller School

Sofia Gonzalez-Dolcet was able to get on the board with a three-pointer as well to put the lead&nbsp;at 11 to 2. Norfolk Christian finally got their first field goal of the game at the three-minute mark, with [player_tooltip player_id='569079' first='Abuna' last='Ruop'] getting an and-one bucket! Kalleen Harlow was able to hit Miller's school's third three-pointer in the corner. Norfolk Christian answered with a quick score with a layup by [player_tooltip player_id='569079' first='Abuna' last='Ruop'] which was followed by a deep three from [player_tooltip player_id='741652' first='Brianna' last='Norman']. [player_tooltip player_id='822812' first='Ella' last='Jackson'] continues her hot shooting, knocking down back-to-back three-pointers in the game. [player_tooltip player_id='932091' first='Tamia' last='Dyson'] and [player_tooltip player_id='741652' first='Brianna' last='Norman'] were able to stop the bleeding with two consecutive layups to cut the lead to five points. [player_tooltip player_id='822812' first='Ella' last='Jackson'] continues to shoot bombs from three-point range with her fifth three-pointer connected. [player_tooltip player_id='569079' first='Abuna' last='Ruop'] was a good low-post presence connecting on an entry pass for a layup to trim the lead to five points. After a [player_tooltip player_id='741652' first='Brianna' last='Norman'] offensive rebound put back. [player_tooltip player_id='932091' first='Tamia' last='Dyson'] was able to get a steal on back-to-back play and after two free throws that she hit from the stripe Norfolk Christian found themselves in a tie ball game 28 to 28! Norfolk Christian continued the pressure added two more free throws and a breakaway layup and now was up four points. [player_tooltip player_id='822812' first='Ella' last='Jackson'] hit a much-needed three-point basket to cut the lead to one and stop an 11-0 run!  Kalleen Harlow hit a nice pull-up jumper to regain the lead for The Miller School. But again the defense of pressure was a lot and [player_tooltip player_id='932091' first='Tamia' last='Dyson'] got a steal and was able to get a layup for two. [player_tooltip player_id='1122593' first='Ruby' last='Goodhart'] extended her range hitting a three-point basket along with two Free throws was able to score 11 straight points for her team. [player_tooltip player_id='932091' first='Tamia' last='Dyson'] was Money in the fourth quarter and was able to hit a big three-point basket to put her team up by 10 points but that was answered by [player_tooltip player_id='822812' first='Ella' last='Jackson'] With her 7th three-pointer of the game and was able to get a steal on the inbounds for a layup to trim the lead to five points.
