Monroe-Sutton continued to own the glass to open the second, limiting Princess Anne's second-chance opportunities while extending possessions for Salem. Defensively, Salem adjusted by assigning senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='965686' first='Briseis' last='Estrada'] to [player_tooltip player_id='443350' first='Micah' last='Ojo']. The Virginia State commit did an admirable job forcing tough shots and denying clean touches and looks at the basket.
