New Additions Are Shifting the Class of 2028 Rankings

These are college prospect rankings, not a list of the best high school players. Most of the movement in this update is based on legit offers, skill level, and projecting college athleticism and frame, including speed, strength, and size. High school success has some consideration, but it carries less weight at this stage.
